Longoria's Appliances

Typical sales guys and owner. They give the good talk but don't deliver on their promises. I bought a washer for $325. The very first day of use the washer was leaking and wouldn't drain the water. I called because they gave me a 2 month warranty and they would give the run-around. It took two weeks for them to come and fix it free of charge. Then after a week, the washer wouldn't drain again (Very frustrating). After another week of constantly calling they finally came to fix it. The tech guy said that it was the pulley that was loose and he tightened it because the belt fell off. Now keep in mind the business was being "very courteous and respectful" as I was too (Even though I was frustrated). After two weeks the washer stopped draining again and again I called to get it fix and took a while again like another week to come and fix it. Keep in mind all this times my wife had to go to the laundry-mat to wash the clothes. Again they came to just tightened the belt when they should have replaced the pulley I guess. The washer worked again for like a week then again it broke. By this time warranty was over. I went to go speak with owner Mr. Longoria and explained that he sold me a washer that constantly breaks and I told him I know the warranty expired. He offered to fix it for a charge and I declined but offered if he would buy it for parts and he said yes but for like $50. I said ok and he would pick it up, but he never showed up. I called again week later to remind him if he was going to buy it back and he said yes, that he would call me when they were on the way. Well, a week later they never called, didn't buy it back, and here I am with a broken down $325 washer. Just letting you guys know of my experience with them, but never again will I make business with them and thank God I already purchased a brand new.

We called Longorias appliance repair center, made an appointment. I called next day to confirm and she could not find us in their system. Will seek another repair center or just purchase new appliances if this turns out to be the norm for these type of businesses. After looking at other reviews , found out that she lied . We asked if they sold appliances , and she replied NO we don't. Shady stuff here . I would've purchased from them to get our old ones out and a better set . All is good though . Probably better to just buy new set anyway .

I bought a fridge at Longoria Appliances. Customer service was excellent! Edwardo Jr. was very helpful and knowledgeable about his appliances. He also gave me a good price on it!

Great customer service went well above and beyond to help me and explain my washer to me Eduardo is the greatest and you can't ask for better customer service here. I bought my washer at a great price and they delivered it the next day with perfection if you need an appliance come here you won't be disappointed

I highly recommend the Longoria appliance and will refer them to my own family members. Mr. Longoria came to my residence to fix my LG refrigerator which he did a very good job. I didn't hesitate to call them again when it stopped cooling again and his son fixed it very quickly and now it's working great. Like I said they know their stuff they are my go to repair guys if I need anything else.

When my dryer gave out on me, I thought I was in for a world of trouble. But thanks to Longoria’s, my laundry day woes were quickly washed away! Their team went above and beyond to find me the perfect pre-owned dryer, deliver it to my doorstep, and even haul away my old one. And to top it all off, Erica made sure I felt supported and cared for every step of the way.

Went to this business on 5/16/24 to buy a refrigerator, I will say the young gentleman inside the store was very courteous and showed us the inventory they had, he told us that they also did repairs for refrigerators. We did not find the refrigerator we were looking for but decided to make an appt for a service call to have our refrigerator repaired. We visited this business on a Thursday and the service appt was for Saturday. Til this day we never received a phone call nor did we get a reply as to when they were coming. Thankfully we found someone else to repair our fridge that Saturday afternoon. A courtesy text or phone call would have sufficed if they were not going to come out.
