Great sales person all your needs for DIYers
I contacted a couple of places to order a part for a washer and they either didn’t have the part available or it would take a few days to arrive. When I called Plata Refrigeration, Adriana was so helpful. I gave her the part number, she confirmed it could be ordered and that it would arrive next day. I paid over the phone and got an email confirmation of my order. On the day it was scheduled to arrive, I got a text message to let me know it was ready for pick up, and a few hours later a call to follow up. I am very pleased with the level of service I received. Thank you for your help!
