I'm glad we ended up using Quality Appliance Repair. It was easy to schedule them, the fellow showed up reliably on time with an advance phone call, and he was pleasant and professional. The stove repair turned out to be more complicated than we had originally hoped but he explained the situation very clearly and did his best to solve it more simply to try to save us money, and put quite a lot of effort into attempting that and subsequently to find the necessary parts, requiring a return visit the following week that was similarly prompt and efficient.

Quick turnaround on appointment time and good communication throughout the experience. Tech arrived on time, was very professional, diagnosed the problem quickly and proposed a solution. He was able to get the part he needed quickly and return to finish the job - again on time. Happy to have my oven working again! Will definitely use again if I have other issues with any appliances.

Great service by Sergey. He was patient and understanding, making sure to tell us exactly what parts were needed to fix the dishwasher. Sergey then came back 2 days later with the replacement parts to fix the dishwasher. Excellent service!

Great experience! Technician was knowledgeable and friendly and was able to diagnose the issue quickly. He thought he would have to replace a part but found that the old one was in working order minus screw that fell into it. Sergey was very professional.
