The customer service from their office was wonderful! When Greg came to work on my washer, he as amazing and very quick to analyze the issue. I recommend them VERY HIGHLY! I believe this is a Christian company which puts it at the TOP of my Use AGAIN list!

Greg arrived on time and was very knowledgeable in regard to my issues. Parts were not available, so I decided to purchase a new one. Again, Greg explained to me about the warranties and how they work. I hope I don’t need the warranty, but I feel good knowing Greg will be there for me. He was also very patient with fur baby Bella.
Had my first experience with Nick from Armstrong today. Everything from my first phone to Nick coming out to do the repair was amazing. He was so patient and explained everything to me. Super nice. I had just been scammed for almost 500.00 the other day by a scammer. Nick eplained a little about the company and put my mind at ease. Armstrong will be the company I use from here out. Thanks!!!

Armstrong came out and looked at my Dryer. And fixed it the best they could. They fixed it as best they could for a temporary fix. The gentleman they sent out was very kind and did the best that he could. And yes I will use them again Penney Hayes
