Gary and the team was sent to my repair job for my AHS warranty repair tech. Can't say enough good thing about my experience. Gary was responsive, he and his team were extremely professional. They did a part repair on Thanksgiving eve, unfortunately it didn't fix my problem. Gary was kind enough to offer me his home to do my laundry on Thanksgiving if I wanted. I never took him on it but just the offer was amazing. He and his tech showed up on Saturday on the Thanksgiving weekend and spent 3 hours working on my machine. In this day and age you never find this kind of service, I am grateful for all the professionalism and the efforts to fix a machine that ended up being dead. Thank you Gary..I will be referring your company to any one I know. Thank you again

Gary with Elite 369 Repair was sent to my house to fix my dishwasher by AHS warranty company. It was a struggle as the dishwasher was not cooperating with any repairs and finally gave out, but they were able to get replacement through AHS, and now I have a brand new dishwasher. Thank you so much!

Gary was responsive via email and text, was knowledgeable about our GE fridge, and did a very thorough and effective repair! He even made sure we got the best price for replacement parts. He did a great job!

⚠️ BEWARE – EXTREMELY POOR SERVICE ⚠️ READ THIS BEFORE CONTACTING ELITE 360 REPAIR OR AMERICAN HOME SHIELD I’m writing this review to strongly warn others about my frustrating and unprofessional experience with Elite 360 Repair LLC and AHS. On May 22nd, a technician named Gary (caller ID showed "Iker") was assigned to repair our dryer. I wasn’t home during the visit, but by the end of the day, he claimed the issue was resolved. He briefly mentioned a potential vent blockage but never documented this in the AHS system — despite my repeated calls and texts asking him to do so. Fast-forward two days: We tried using the dryer and — nothing. It wouldn’t even start. Clearly, something was wrong. I immediately reached out to AHS, only to be given a lazy over-the-phone "fix" by the same technician on a Sunday before Memorial Day, with no follow-up visit to actually evaluate the issue. Even more confusing, I later got an email saying parts had been ordered — without anyone even checking the dryer again. Then came the ridiculous delays: They scheduled the next available appointment for June 2nd — nearly two weeks later — and told me the repair couldn’t move forward until the vent was cleaned. I had already told the technician that the vents were cleaned. Only after I pushed back did he decide to leave a note about vent blockage — two full days after the original visit. Why wasn’t this noted from the beginning? This entire ordeal has created a nightmare for our family, especially with three children at home and a holiday weekend approaching. Our dryer hasn’t worked since day one, and we’ve been left with mountains of laundry, zero support, and an exhausting chain of emails, calls, and empty promises. To add insult to injury, AHS conveniently hides behind policy loopholes. They refuse to cover vent-related issues, even when it involves a basic $20 flexible connector that any technician could have easily replaced. This is not a maintenance job — it's a cheap, standard part that failed. Their refusal to address it shows how little accountability exists in their process. BOTTOM LINE: This company and its technician showed negligence, poor communication, and zero urgency. Instead of fixing the problem, they passed the blame, stalled the process, and left our family stranded without a working dryer. As for AHS, their policies are designed to deny claims through technicalities and protect their contractors instead of their customers. Don’t be fooled by their marketing — once you need real help, you’ll see how broken the system is. AVOID ELITE 360 REPAIR AND AHS AT ALL COSTS. You’ll save yourself weeks of frustration, stress, and unnecessary expenses

**IMPORTANT – PLEASE READ BEFORE CONTACTING THIS COMPANY** I feel obligated to share my experience in hopes of helping others avoid the same frustrating situation. On May 22nd, American Home Shield (AHS) assigned a technician named Gary (appeared as "Iker" on caller ID) to repair our dryer. I was not home during the service call, but by the end of the day, the technician informed me the dryer was "fixed." He also mentioned the possibility of a vent or duct blockage but failed to document this on my AHS account, despite my repeated requests via phone and text. When we used the dryer for the first time two days later, it didn’t work at all — it wouldn’t even start. This raised immediate concerns about whether any repair had actually been done. I contacted AHS to request a follow-up, and instead of inspecting the issue in person, the technician offered a temporary solution over the phone — on the Sunday before Memorial Day. Soon after, I received an email stating that two parts had been ordered, despite no further evaluation being done. To make matters worse, AHS delayed the repair and this company after all this inconvenience put us for June 2nd!!! Can you believe that? claiming duct cleaning needed to be completed first — even though I had already informed the technician that the ducts had been cleaned. It gets more concerning: the technician only left a note regarding a possible vent blockage **two days after** his initial visit and after we reported the failure. Why wasn’t this documented from the start? Why were parts ordered without verifying the actual issue? We are now left uncertain whether any legitimate repair occurred during the first visit. This experience has caused tremendous inconvenience for our household, especially with three children and a holiday weekend ahead. We’ve been left with piles of laundry and no working dryer — all while managing endless texts, calls, and delays. Most frustrating of all is AHS’s policy. They claim they **do not cover duct cleaning**, only repairs — even though the "duct" in question is a basic $20 flexible connector you can buy at Home Depot. These items are not typically repaired — they are simply replaced. This seems like a deliberate loophole used to avoid coverage and responsibility. **BOTTOM LINE:** Do not be misled by American Home Shield. Their service practices and contractor accountability are deeply concerning. What should have been a straightforward repair has turned into a prolonged, confusing ordeal. Save yourself time, money, and frustration — consider other options before committing to this service provider.

The technician gets 5 stars and the company gets 2 stars. Frank was the technical that came to my home. He was very professional and took the time to explain to me what the issue was and explained what he needed to do to repair my dryer. I was very pleased and satisfied with the service. My only complaint about Elite 360 is that the labor was $200. That is very expensive just to fix a broken dryer belt.

Our washer was dying only after 3 years and Frank came out to look at it for us. He told us he could repair it but that it wouldn't be cost effective as a new washer would be just as much as the repair costs. We so appreciate the honesty and will definitely be using them again!!
