Julian was so courteous, patient and knowledgeable. When I tried telling him what was happening with my front loader washing machine , he had an idea of the issue. When he arrived on time and listened to it he knew it was the water pump. He was able to order it and installed the next day. There was also a small leak that he was able to find and repair. Julian went out of his way not once but twice. First was my washer I called him 5 minutes before close and stayed on the phone with me 30 minutes after to get me lined up with a part for my washer and walked me through how to do it. Month later called for my dryer and he had a call around my area and showed up after hours to get my machine looked at and running. Awesome company, awesome service, highly recommend them for any repairs or questions you have. Can not be more thankful for the timeliness and professionalism to help the customer.

Julian was amazing! Rather than charge me for an expensive long distance house call, which would have been an hours drive for him, he walked me through the process of doing my own repair. He gave me the parts number, instructional video, and way to order. This is unbelievable and generous service way above and beyond any repair company would do. I ordered the part and will do the repair when it arrives. Once this job is complete, I will send Julian Romagnoli a generous thank you monetary reward. Julian was wonderful. He knew exactly what was going on, and what needed to be done to fix it. He was even willing to look at another appliance that we were having some issues with and tell us how to fix that, too. They were quick in their response time, on time, knowledgeable and friendly. I’d recommend these guys to anyone.

Has helped us out twice in the last couple of months. First squeezing us in when our washer was leaking and then when we bought a new house fixing the dryer that had not been installed correctly and therefore not venting. Always great communication, often early, and great follow-up.

We made a call to Romagnoli Appliance Repair on Tuesday evening. They were willing to schedule an appointment for the next day (Wednesday) but unfortunately that didn’t fit my schedule. They were quick to find another appointment for today (Thursday). Scheduled appointment time was 10:30am and Julian was actually here about ten minutes early and got straight to work. He asked again to explain the issues we were having with our dryer and listened very attentively. He took the dryer apart and located the problem and showed me and explained to me what was causing the issue I was having with the dryer. He had the replacement part on hand and was able to swap it out and even stated he had a few more of that part to replace the others as well to save us from have to make another call in a few months. My dryer was taken apart, fixed and put back together with 45min. Pricing is extremely reasonable compared to another company I reached out to prior to calling Romagnoli Appliance Repair. I didn’t have to wait for them to order the part and come out twice. I highly recommend them if you want your appliances fixed in a timely manner by someone with respect.
