Best Appliance

We have a French Door Sub Zero refrigerator as 1 of 6 Sub Zero Suite of appliances we purchased new about a year ago. These high end appliances are a delight to own and to use. As with any product, no matter how nice they may be , service may be required from time to time. In fact we were made aware of Best Appliances by the Sub Zero Regional Sales Manager . We met him at Airport Appliances where we purchased our appliances. We had a problem with the freezer door closing some 9 months ago and as it turned out Raphael ( B A repair service rep) discovered the freezer tray was not installed properly at the factory. He fixed the issue. We think that was the cause of this small issue .. a spot of rust caused by the factory install on the tray in the freezer. Raphael is factory trained and thoroughly understands Sub Zero, Wolf & Cove dishwashers inside & out. With one call to Best Appliance our warranty claim was registered and a service rep was scheduled a few days later to check out our concern . He agreed that the freezer drawer was flawed and a replacement has been ordered. He is highly skilled and extremely pleasant as are customer service associates at the office. Best Appliances are a "10" in our books !

Best Appliance came out to my house and told me I needed a new Sealed System (compressor, condenser, evaporator, etc.) on my SubZero freezer. I told them I had just installed a new Sealed System several months before. They insisted and wanted over $3,000. I had just paid $1,500 for the new sealed system. I had another company come out and told me everything was fine except for the Control Board. I installed a new board and it works fine. Their sales pitch about a new Sealed System is a scam. Do Not use this company. Call Value Appliance or Premium Appliance instead.

Jay came to check my sub zero. Temp readout was posting weird numbers. He said everything seemed to be working fine. Reset the readout and told me if it goes wacky again he could order a new temperature gauge. So far, it is good but it is nice to know what is going on with the fridge. Jay did not call first but he was right on time. He was professional and informative. We have used your company several times in the past, (with Jay, Casey and Thomas, maybe more) and have been pleased with the service we have received.

Rafael was our service technician. Rafael was punctual, professional, and very personable! We very much appreciated the way he conducted himself on our freezer servicing and repairs. We would definitely recommend him. The only reason for a four star instead of a five star is that I thought the repairs were too expensive (I guess everything is too expensive), but Rafael deserves a five star review. We've had a great experience with Best Appliance for repairs. They have helped us keep a vintage SubZero side by side working great. Most recently they were able to correct an electrical issue on our Kitchen Aid oven/microwave combo unit. The technical Rafael was fast & friendly, he completed the repair exactly as he said he would. We would recommend Best Appliance with no hesitation.

I have a 34-year old Subzero refrigerator as well as other Dacor appliances. The great thing about Subzero is that they continue to have available parts even for older units. Over the years, we have had to replace different components of our Subzero (ice maker, compressor, etc.) and our Dacor warmer and stovetop. Dennis from Best is the best. On time, every time. Quickly diagnoses the problems. If he has to order parts, the office always is on top of the status. Covers everything and protects the areas in the kitchen where he is working. All around, the best service that you could ever ask for. Subzero and Dacor are lucky to have them as their service representative in this area.

They answer the phone (which is rare these days), was super friendly and able to get someone out the same day to look at our dryer. Frank called when on his way and was able to fix it same day. I appreciated the friendly, prompt service. Plus, they didn't ask you to pay the trip charge up front like many companies are doing. Thank you!
