Great place to go, get your parts or order them, excellent support & tips!! I have purchased multiple items & never been steered wrong. Friendly, family business. It's nice to know there's still a place you can get trusted service!!! Oh, it's great for Handywomen, too!!

Very useful and helpful. They are kind and the explain how things work. good customer service and communication. I will continue to use. Didn't find expensive found it reasonable. They provide information if you call.

Good place for handy man. You can get all parts for your household appliances, but but appliances. Passing by every week, but first time to buy part for our clothes dry machine here. Much expensive ($79) than online ($25), but understand. I never thought it's possible to buy this kind parts locally. Knowledgeable in machine parts. As soon as I gave the information for my model, he can tell me exactly part I need. No return policy needs your attention. No photo policy as well. I took two photos, and showed to him, and he told me that's OK.

I had an LG dryer stop heating. Found the high limit switch faulty. Replaced the temp sensor, thermistor, high limit switch and thermostat. Dryer is 11 years old, replaced all sensors because I wasn't anxious to keep replacing sensors one by one. Leo's had all the parts at reasonable prices. The customer service is excellent!

Love this little family owned appliance shop. Their strongpoint is personal attention and focusing on the customer’s needs. They may not have everything, but they are thorough and will ask the right questions; make, model, year, revision, material, etc. Their business hours are limited, so get there early.

My AC unit gave out as the heat wave is approaching and our best guess was that I needed a new capacitor. I tried ordering the part on Amazon but that online merchant kept sending me the product with the wrong specs so I needed something FAST and REASONABLY PRICED. This place is amazing! Their friendly staff was able to give me advice regarding my current part, if they had anything on hand, AND that they can test my current part to see if I did in fact need to replace it. A quick visit to the store and they were able to determine the faulty part and provide the new one to purchase. One hour later and our home is nice and cool. Highly recommend using them before forking over $$$'s of dollars and, let alone, service visits that might take weeks to get.
