My technician was Lucian and he provided excellent, quality service. He thoroughly explained what he would be doing each step of the way. In addition, I appreciated his honesty and transparency. He was polite, efficient, and handled the repair with care.
Lucien did a great job with our refrigerator repair. He was communicative, got us scheduled quickly, and worked around our schedule to get the job done. 100% recommend!!

What a great experience! From the first call with LDA, I was given excellent communication and text follow-up. Kyle, our tech, let me know by text when he would arrive. They are also authorized through LG. Kyle was very friendly and knowledgeable, and gave suggestions on simple maintenance.
The repairman that came out was very polite and courteous and listen to what I had to say. He checked everything on my refrigerator and explain to me how it works and what I should be doing period he's a real asset to your company period thank you for your speedy repairs,
Service was quick. This guy came in after my home warranty company AHS had sent out three other techs. All of the techs replaced the same parts and nothing worked. These guys came in, had a look, ordered a couple more parts, and it's working now.
Very professional, worked quickly, gave extra service for re-aligning our A/C that we installed at a bad angle, and provided extra info for common issues and oversights that we did not realize we were tripping over. Service was provided free as part of an air conditioner recall.
