I went with them because of the close to 5 star ratings.. Big mistake... Right from the beginning, the technician was supposed to be in during morning to noon hours. He was not. They then changed the arrival time to be between noon and 5 pm. He never arrived still. I called them and he finally texted me saying he was on his way. He did a very rushed diagnostic, mostly based on the "sounds" the machine was making but never went deep enough to actually remove enough part to see what was actually wrong. Based on his guess, he went ahead and ordered a part that was supposed to fix the issue. The part took way over the time I was given for ETA. I had to keep calling asking for ETAs because they were not even proactive enough to keep me updated. When the part finally arrived, it did not fix the issue.. Turns out that the technician's diagnostic was all wrong from the beginning and it was a different part that was broken and needed replacement... It is my opinion, that he did not see that broken part on his first visit because he did not take the time to remove enough parts to get to it and see it. Based on the time it was taking and what he told me the other part would take to arrive, I made the decision to just let them go (washer and their service) and just buy new machines. I specifically asked the technician about the process and ETA to get a refund on my deposit. He advised me that "they" would call me and and discuss that with me... I waited over a week and no one called, so I called them. I am promised a refund via Zelle. Again no ETA (they don't appear to ever know when they'll do anything). I waited a full week and half and nothing. I called them again, they tell me it was refunded to my CC and to check with my bank.. I did so during the call and nothing.. I am then told and promised again that It will be Zelled to me but still no ETA...I finally got the refund on my deposit a day after. I cannot speak for everyone else, and I am trying to stay objective enough on this, however, it was a very bad experience for me in working with this business and there's just no way I would ever do business with them or recommend to anyone.

Ramez was quick and efficient in getting our washing machine repaired in a timely manner. He has ordered a part that came in and was in the building finishing another repair early and stopped by to see if we were home and would like to have ours installed earlier. He was polite and professional and extremely efficient in getting the repair completed. Excellent experience.

Communication was great with the owner and he is very personable! Within less than a week we had a brand new microwave and trim kit and for such a reasonable price! 10/10 recommend!

Ramez was so speedy and professional! Will definitely be contacting EAR again in the future with the easy online scheduling and efficient work for a less-than-expected price. They even had openings earlier in the day than planned, which was awesome.

Called around quite a few places as well as asking friends for referrals before taking a chance and calling Elite Appliances; I was given a four-hour window, and while the technician ended up being late, I was updated and told when he was still working at a previous job and that he'd be headed my way next. Once he was on his way I was texted a notification with a tracker showing his arrival time. Ramez was great and quickly troubleshooted the dryer. While initially thinking that it was a heating element issue, once he had the dryer taken apart and tested with the multimeter he told me it was a thermal fuse and thermostat that had gone haywire, not the element itself. He had the parts on hand, and after they were installed showed me that the dryer was heating again before putting everything back together. Pricing was up front and seemed reasonable given the amount of work he did. He was able to get the dryer out of a very tight spot, and cleaned out all the accumulated lint and pet hair from the inside while he was at it.
