American Vet here. Customer service? Brought my TV in a week ago and they hadn't even taken it out of the box. Then they just kept saying, "We'll let you know when we know." It took another call just to find out they had no freaking idea when they'd get to it. So I got my TV back w/the $80 deposit because it was just sitting there. Worthless as teets on a boar.

We just replaced our TV (about 12 yrs old & also from Traviss's). Super friendly, not pushy, & explained so much. The delivery guys were more than awesome. They showed me everything on how to work it, then my husband came home & they were great by taking the time to show him also. I will NEVER buy a TV from anywhere else as long as these guys are in business.

Very friendly and knowledgeable staff. Lots of great products you won't find at the bigger stores such as Best Buy. I purchased my BDI tv stand from them.

Traviss is simply the best place in Central Iowa for TV and Audio. Every TV in my home is from here. The sales staff are friendly and honest. Traviss honors their warranties and more importantly, their word. The Install techs are hard working and fun to interact with. I want to pick up more gear, but almost every room in my home has their hardware!!! You guys rock! And I love supporting local ❤️

Jeff Traviss was very helpful in the store answering all my questions. Jeff and Jim the install guys were great!! They really know their stuff. They relocated a current TV and set up a new 65 and 83 inch Sony… it all works perfectly. They programmed everything and sank everything with my current audio. PERFECT! I own a business and prefer to shop local. The team did a great job and it cost LESS than the big box store! Shop local folks… Thanks again guys for everything.

They install audio and video devices, but they do not install security cameras weird
