I had some issues with my AC and I’m glad I called True Comfort. Jake, the technician, came out right away and addressed the issues. He was able to resolve them right away and at a very reasonable cost. While in my home, he was very polite to my daughter and our dogs. He was super knowledgeable too. Highly recommend True Comfort! Great company!

I had one of the HVAC guys come out last year for service. He told me I needed a new unit but I wasn’t ready for that at the time. He helped me "kick the can down the road" another year. This year I had them replace the furnace/ AC & the humidifier. The units work great and their team completed in one day and were kind, informative and efficient!! I couldn’t have trusted a better company! I have also had their plumber out. He went above and beyond to get us fixed up! Prices were reasonable too! I would refer this company to anyone! And their Veteran owed and ran! Good job True Comfort for delivering the attitude and the service that most lack these days! Your team ROCKS!

Our experience with True Comfort was excellent! I highly recommend them when you’re looking for a new HVAC system. Jonathan was professional, personable, and honest. He presented several options and clearly explained the benefits of each. There were no hidden costs—what he quoted was exactly what we paid. Nathan, who oversaw the installation, did an outstanding job. He explained how the new system works and how to set up the controls. The entire crew was friendly and courteous, and when they left, the space was cleaner than when they arrived.

We always have the best service with True Comfort. Logan is always friendly and helpful when performing routine service maintenance. We recently had a new system installed. Colton was polite, professional, and efficient with the installation. He was also very friendly and made sure all my questions were answered and that I knew how to operate the new thermostat before he left. Highly recommend True Comfort for all your needs. Plus it is nice to support a local owned business!

I would HIGHLY recommend True Comfort to anyone looking for heating or cooling problems. I was having issues with my furnace, called them and scheduled an appointment for the following afternoon because their schedule was full. Later the same day, they called and said they had an opening in about 20 minutes if I was available! Logan arrived and was the most professional and friendly person ever. While working on the furnace he was explaining everything as he was going through it, showing me what looked good and what needed attention. I have never felt more comfortable with a service tech in my home as I did with Logan. He was like a friend visiting while getting the job done. I was so impressed with Logan and the True Comfort company that I signed up for their maintenance service program. I have NEVER done that with any other company before. They are the BEST and I wish I could give more than 5 stars!!!

These guys are great. (Today I got Sam T) It's easy to schedule a time with them. They show up when they say they will. They're very courteous & respectful. They ask a few questions, listen to you, do their diagnosis, run it all past you, answer any questions you may have, provide a fair an easy to understand quote, and then do the job. I've used them a few times now and I know they'll be the only one I call in the future as well. Thanks guys! You're doing great and I appreciate you!

Very impressed with True Comfort! We were looking for a new HVAC service provider and we found a great one with True Comfort. They were helpful and friendly when scheduling the appt, provided a call to let me know tech (Sam) was on the way (and texted me a link that enabled me to track exactly when Sam would be here), and tech (Sam) was very professional! We have several units that needed annual maintenance and Sam was great!
