I had an outstanding experience with Mr. Appliance! From start to finish, the company was incredibly organized, prompt, and communicative. Scheduling was easy, updates were timely, and everything ran smoothly. Shannon, the service expert, was fantastic. He arrived right on time, was friendly, professional, and extremely knowledgeable. His work was quick, efficient, and clearly skilled, and he kept me informed throughout the entire process. On top of that, he was great to talk to—just a genuinely nice person who made the whole experience even better. I highly recommend Shannon and Mr. Appliance to anyone looking for reliable, high-quality service.

Shane was fantastic! This Thanksgiving we will be grateful for him as he saved us from a Thanksgiving Day Dishwashing disaster! We had had an appt with Sears, they cancelled twice and I searched on google and thank goodness stumbled upon Mr. Appliance! Made the appointment, had a lovely lady call and ask if I wanted a sooner appointment (uhm yes please) and viola, Shane fixed my dishwasher in less time than it takes to run a whole cycle!! Thanks Shane and Happy Thanksgiving!!!

I was referred to Mr. Appliance by InSinkErator to replace a defective disposal under warranty. Both the office staff and repair techs were professional and very efficient. The initial visit to verify the problem was easily scheduled. Mr. Appliance then quickly arranged for the replacement unit and handled the install. The appointments were on time; installing the replacement was fast and worked perfectly afterwards. Would certainly us them for any additional repairs.

Scheduling was easy and was thrilled to get on schedule in one day. Serviceperson, Shannon, was communicative in advising when arrival would be. He was all business but respectfully friendly and most informative about the problem, cost to repair. His suggestions were very helpful.

The company also had good communication to set up an appointment, and let us know when they were coming. Really like the picture they provided so we knew who to expect. Nice pic Shannon! Moe was excellent! He was very professional and diagnosed the issue with our dryer quickly. Moe explained our repair options thoroughly and despite having to order a part got it working again within a couple of days. Highly recommend!

They were very responsive and flexible with scheduling. The professional that came, Syruss, was very knowledgeable and explained everything very clearly. He was also efficient with his work and quickly diagnosed the problem and provided options for fixing it. We were very happy with the service.
