Our Thermador oven stopped getting hot. Vadim came out on the same day we called, quickly diagnosed and fixed the issue within a total of 2 hours. He went above and beyond by also fixing a minor issue with our dishwasher, advising on how to repair our refrigerator door, and cleaning our refrigerator compressor. He also has a great personality and we had a nice conversation! 10/10 service.

Vadim was great! Came in knocked out my issue and even offered to check my other appliances. Respectful, knowledgeable, prompt, and will definitely share the good news of this service.

Vadim was very helpful and professional. He came great timing on point. Explain what the problem was with my dryer. Was able to have the parts with him for the belt . Julia the depatch lady was very professional as well. She provided me the confirmation email and timing was right when scheduling. I will use this company for now on. Sergei was absolutely amazing! Really the entire staff I worked with was amazing. Patient beyond belief, friendly, understanding, and very knowledgeable. Our refrigerator broke at 2am on a Friday morning. Thank goodness we had an extra fridge, but was a huge pain. We had Pro Appliance come out on Sunday (without an emergency fee) and Sergei knew exactly what wrong. He said originally it would take up to 5 days to receive the part, but somehow they were able to have by Tuesday. Sergei, came back and did an incredible job. At the point we also decided to have our dryer vent cleaned and he was wonderfully amenable. With the staff being so amazing (I wish I could remember everyone's name, but you wanna talk about patience, I must have called at least 15 times with questions and they were all just as friendly as the first time I called. I HIGHLY recommend Pro Appliance. If we ever need them again. (Which I hope we don't, but if we do) Pro Appliance/Sergei will be our first phone call. Thank you so much for all of your hard work! I contacted pro appliance repair and they sent a repairman name and town. He was very conscientious, very polite and knew what he was doing. He was very clean and he kept me abreast of everything that was going on if I use this company or when I use this company again, I will definitely request him.

Our LG refrigerator stopped working on a Saturday evening, right after we had stocked up on groceries for the week. I called Pro Appliance Repair late that night (around 10 PM), and to my surprise, someone actually answered. The quick response, weekend availability, and timely completion of the repair were outstanding. The work came with a one-year warranty on labor, which gave us added peace of mind. Overall, it was a great experience - excellent service, professional workmanship, and real value. Highly recommend!

Vadim was very professional and thorough. Job was completed in just a few hours. My water dispenser was frozen and the condensor coil needed to be cleaned badly. Team was professional and I'm thankful to have running water again.
