Thassio is very easy to work with. Super professional and responsive. Took a lot of time with me and helped me track down a specific range I wanted. Great price and he shipped it directly to my house. Will be getting all of my appliances from Nice Guys!
From placing the order to delivery, everything was smooth. Great price, excellent service—just like their name, Nice Guys Appliance. The two guys who helped us were truly nice!
I was shopping around for appliances and most of the big name stores prices was nothing like Nice Guy appliances. Customer service was exceptional and they did not try to sell anything else like warranty and other non related items. The same price that I was going to pay for at the big retail stores, Nice Guy appliances has it for 25% less. If anyone is looking for quality customer service and prices that are unbelievable please check out Nice Guy appliances.
