The fan in the refrigerator section of our unit stopped cooling while the bottom freezer was working properly. I called Eddy’s Appliance Repair in Fairfield early on a Sunday and to my surprise he answered, and on the first ring, too! He had the part in his inventory and offered to come out the next day!! His price was refreshingly reasonable and he clearly explained what caused the problem. He quickly installed the part and wrote the receipt in detail, clearly, legibly and provided all the information that should be on a receipt for both his own record and mine. He was very conversational while telling us about the service records of various brands. I feel very confident that he gave us exceptional service. Needed a refrigerator repairman. Googled and found Eddy’s Appliance repair. Great reviews, so I called him. Reviews were on point. Gave me a quote on phone regarding my fridge issues and a time eta. Very prompt, very thorough, explained everything to me. Was reasonable, and very helpful with maintenance tips in future. Definitely will call him in the future.

Make an appointment and he was on time, professional and told me what was wrong with my samsung dryer before taking it a part. Reasonable price and gave me 90 day warranty on parts and labor. He show me the part before installation and show me that it was a original samsung part.i will really recommend and will use him again..

Received a same-day appointment. Eddy was professional and personable. Although, he was not able to repair my range, due to the fact that it was a commercial one and requires certain technicians to work on it, he provided information on what to do. He also provided helpfull safety tips when using the range. I would highly recommend Eddy and would call him again.

We realized our fridge and freezer weren’t cooling anymore. Called so many places and seemed like we had no hope. I was about to buy a new fridge all together then after one more attempt of calling I found eddy. He came out within an hour and had my fridge repaired before I left for work. Very professional, extremely knowledgeable and trustworthy. He saved half my food, our sanity and another big expense for a very fair price. 10/10 recommended.
