Lakeview Appliance Service

Wow - excellent service call. We called Lakeview Appliance to service our Viking Double Cafe Oven. First, they got us an appointment promptly which is always refreshing. But the service technician they sent, Greg Cravens, was outstanding. He kept us apprised of when in the service window he would arrive and was right on time (pulled up at 11:58 after texting he’d be at our home at noon). He was professional, knowledgeable and neat. And a super nice guy. We couldn’t have asked for better service.

Purchased new AGA Elise stove and the storage drawer needed rails replaced (newly installed so under warranty). Was contacted by Lakeview and scheduled for a 2-5pm block on a Thursday. The tech (William) texted me around noon and politely asked if it was ok if he came by early. When he arrived, he went right to work and after fixing the rails and adjusting the drawer, it still did not close properly and he patiently worked on the issue until he diagnosed that the drawer was not properly assembled from the factory; an issue that had not been noticed by the installation team. After fixing the assembly issue and readjusting the drawer to our satisfaction, William asked if we had any other questions and when we explained that we were having some challenges understanding how the different bays of the ovens worked, he took time to read through the owners manual with us and explain more about the stove than anyone else had to date. He was both patient and knowlegeable which resulted in a much higher level of appreciation for our new appliance. Thanks William!!

Service Tech "William" showed up early, which I much appreciated. He replaced a faulty timer on my dryer, which is under warrant, and was out of there in no time. Great service company and great service technician. Hope I don't need to use them again, but if I do I feel confident they will fix the problem.

Highly recommend them! I had warranty work done on a Coyote grill and flat top grill. Scheduling was easy. William , the service technician was very nice and professional. He solved all the issues and answered all my questions.

First off don’t buy Viking products. Made that mistake. Lakeview charges 160.00 trip charge and 175.00 hour labor for a 51.29 blade repair. Total 390.01 that was 11/11/24 they came out 10/29/24 to look at wine cooler 160.00 so in three weeks 550.01 This is a continuous problem with Viking products. We just purchased a Viking refrigerator 6 months ago 13,000.00 and already had to call them out for repair. My suggestion is stay away from Viking and find someone else besides Lakeview.

This company was called for Thor warranty service. They scheduled quickly. Showed up in the given time frame, giving a 20- minute heads up before arriving. Identified and Took care of the issue quickly and efficiently. Very courteous and communicative technician. Left my kitchen spotless. Appreciate the service!

Called to service under warranty a Speed Queen dryer, and then again for washer on 2 separate occasions. Geo is a very nice guy, efficient and knowledgeable Technician. Very happy with the service!
