I would encourage you to read all the reviews before hiring this company. I cannot recommend them. The first time they came to my home was to repair my oven. It took them many hours to figure out how to proceed. I was concerned they may not knew what they were doing but figured I would let them continue since they were in my home. They spend a lot of time on the phone talking to someone about the oven - I do not know who. In the end, they did replace a part in my oven and it works. A couple of months later I had a problem with my dryer so I figured I would call them to take a look. This service was a disaster. They told me I needed a $600 part replaced. Since in the end they had previously repaired my over, I figured I would go ahead with them ordering the replacement part for my dryer. When they returned with the new part it did not work. They ordered another part and returned again. This time they told me the dryer was repaired. It seemed to work but shortly after they left they dryer had the same problem and was not working correctly despite putting in a new $600 part. I called them and told them the dryer was still not working. I even text them videos of what was happening with the dryer. They set an appointment to return to my home. They never showed. I called them a couple more times and they have never returned my calls. In the end, I hired a "real" appliance repair company and my dryer is fixed. I never needed the $600 replacement part they put in my dryer. This is not a reliable company that should be hired by anyone.

Once again, OC Electronics has come to our aid, when our old Kenmore built-in microwave suddenly died and the buttons stopped registering. He and Neal quickly repaired the device and it is now "functioning within normal parameters". In the past, they repaired our Samsung dryer and it continues to work great. Thank you, Guys. You do excellent work and I will highly recommend your firm to any in need of electronic repair work.

This vendor came out to my residence to fix my dryer. First they came with the wrong part. When they received the new part my dryer worked for 1 1/2. I reached out to my warranty company and they reached back out to this company. They never showed back up to my residence. I took time off from work three times for them to show up and they did not show up to service my dryer.

The guys that came out to fix our fridge did an awesome job! We were a little nervous that it would take a while when parts had to be ordered, but they were back within a week. The second time they came, I felt that they were very thorough and they were able to fix some additional issues they had found the same day. Overall very satisfied with the timeline and results and I thought their pricing was fair.

As it stands they have no idea how to work on refrigerators. They came out and look at it and the man stay on the phone for a good hour and i think he was talking to someone what he should look for but he was lost This company told me the refrigerator could not be repaired and it was junk.Had to get man from frigidaire to look at it. This refrigerator is only 14 months old. Frigidaire man came out and said the fan motor needs to be replaced in of the refrigerator I pay the man and told him i was get someone else to look at it but i can tell you don't call this company for any refr igerator repair.. OC Electronis Service reviews are bad. I wish i had look at there reviews before i call them. 3.7 not good. Thank God i didn't junk my refrigerator.I think they are scammer when it comes down to repair refrigerator.

A very professional company who did an great job fixing our dryer. I searched for services like theirs on Home Advisor and asked them to quote the job. Within 24 hours, they were calling to schedule the appointment- I didn't have to chase anyone down, leave messages or follow up to get their attention. They scheduled a half hour window to show up (where most companies schedule 1-5 hour windows), so I wasn't waiting around all day for them to show up, and they even came a little earlier, which was great for me. Friendly folks fixed our dryer and serviced it, and the price was more than fair. I'll definitely be calling them again if I need some appliance service in the future. Highly, highly recommend!

Installed a new ice maker which stopped working after a week. Called to have them come back out and take a look, and said they would be there the next day, but never showed. Called them the following day and they said they would be there the next day again, but still didn’t show. Have called multiple times since then but they won’t answer my calls. Very unreliable and would not recommend.
