Eli performed a truly masterful repair requiring the extremely challenging installation of a completely new door lock system (latch/strike, lock assembly, wire harness) on my 26-year-old front loading washer. He restored the machine to perfect working condition. He even took the time to replace the missing screws holding up the front service panel.

Daniel came to fix my LG washer dryer all-in-one that he actually fixed 3 years ago. By my own fault, I had a sweater disintegrate in the unit and it clogged up the whole machine with lint so it broke down. They had me in the system from 3 years ago and got me an appointment the following week. Daniel knew right away that it needed a new pump, told me it would arrive in 3 days and scheduled me for 3 days later. I got it all fixed before I left for vacation. Prices are extremely fair and he saved me about $1500 (which is what it would have cost to replace it)!! Daniel was so knowledgeable and punctual as well. Both times, he came at the time promised and texted me before arriving. I even told him I would be in meetings while he was fixing it and he told me to leave a check for him so he didn’t disturb me while I was on my work call. He left so quietly that I didn’t even know he was finished. Excellent service and this is the BEST appliance repair company in NYC. I highly recommend them and Daniel!!

Great customer service provided by the office with initial order and then with the assigned technician Ely. Even before installation of new dishwasher he was helpful in selecting which dishwasher I should consider. He was punctual for the appointment (actually called my tenant that he was available one day earlier.). He not only installed the product but made sure it was operating properly and showed my tenant the basics for using it. I would recommend global solutions and technician Ely. Magda

Eli came, found nothing that was worth fixing. He said the ignitions for our stove's burners would cost too much to replace and was not worth it. The burners could just be lit with matches. So, he saved us a lot of money through his honesty. We will definitely call Global Solutions again in the future.

Global is truly amazing! No matter how small or how big, they are there to help. Great people in the office and a truly wonderful tech.. prices are good but quality of work is better. TLDR; Joseph diagnosed and fixed the issue with my oven in half an hour and was extremely kind, professional, and helpful. Would absolutely hire him again. Background: We moved into a new place and every time we turned on the oven it filled the house with the smell of gas. It was so bad we would have to open all the windows, run multiple fans, and still would feel lightheaded. I had ConEd come take a look and they said it wasn't a leak, and that we would likely need someone to come repair the oven. So I called this company and they said they could send someone out the next week. $95 for the house call and that amount would be applied to the cost of the part/service if they determined that it needed replacing. The next week on our scheduled appointment date Joseph called me 20 minutes before he was going to arrive and when he arrived he got right to work. He let me know that there was an issue with the igniter - it wasn't getting hot enough - and he explained how that caused gas to keep being released and not ignited. He said it would cost $350 all-in (service call fee, part, and labor) before tax. I gave the green light and he fixed it right away. Very happy with this service and would use them again in a heartbeat.
