Appliance Factory Parts

I really appreciate this store. I have purchased used appliances here and have not been disappointed. I have also purchased replacement parts that have saved me quite a few dollars in repair costs. My most recent purchase was several days ago for a dryer part. I was certain that I knew that part number that I needed for the dryer model I own. Jared Dillon assisted me with my purchase, and upon his examination, he found that I had ordered the wrong part. Thankfully, he reviewed my mistake with me an ordered the correct part with my consent. This is outstanding customer service, and it saved me so much time and frustration. I do appreciate this store and their staff.

I called with the model # and they had the exact part I needed, OEM + the third party version. Asked if third party version would work because it was cheaper, and they said it would (heating element for dryer). Called and picked it up the same day. Jared was great help!

What a GREAT place! I was treated with respect and there was no high pressure sales pitches. I bought a used part to attempt to fix my refrigerator myself, and Don was so helpful. He offered both new and reclaimed parts - and explained the difference. The part was easy to install, and fixed my problem. Thanks again!

I called and spoke with Don Laurey over the phone to see if they had a motor to transmission coupler for a 80 series Kenmore washer. He was very friendly over the phone and patient while I looked up the model number. They had the part in stock, and were open on a Saturday. In person when I went in Don and the rest of the staff were very professional. He was very knowledgeable about my machine and the part I needed, and even gave me a few pointers for the re-installation.

I had a light socket break on my GE microwave and Don was very helpful in getting me the part. When I got home the part did not work so I called him back and he got back to me very promptly and vowed to fix the issue. Very courteous and affable. I also was in the market for a small chest freezer and he had two in stock that will work perfectly for my needs. The price is always good there and the people are very friendly. I would highly recommend checking this place out instead of the big box stores for all of your appliance needs. I know I will for my next wish-list item which is a new gas stove.

Stopped in and talked to Don about a Maytag part and with his experience as a tech knew exactly what I needed and even gave some free helpful advice to boot. Went back the second day and bought more parts for a different machine. Excellent customer service, great prices and knowledgable staff. They are my new go-to guys.

Don did an excellent job with customer service in the parts department. Greeted us, told us he would be a few more minutes with current customer and then politely asked what he could help with. Customer service like this is getting increasingly hard to find. The rest of the crew up front were quite personable as well. And with our part in hand, we were able to fix a 3 year old microwave for $10 instead of replacing it for $300.
