Bought a TV and paid for professional installation. Spent $5K. Installation was scheduled for 2 weeks later. Three days before the installation, I received over 20 emails, saying I needed to schedule the installation that I had already scheduled. I tried calling Best Buy, but they had all phones forwarded to India. The call center had no clue what to do. I spoke with numerous people and waited on hold an average of 20 minutes. Got nowhere. They said they’d escalate to a manager. Nobody ever called. The next day, the day before the scheduled installation, I called numerous times. Zero help. Nobody had any answers. They said they’d escalate to a manager. Nobody ever called. The day of scheduled installation, the app said they’ll deliver from 7am to 7pm, so I took off work. I started calling Best Buy at 10am to confirm. Again, nobody had any clue what to do. They said they had a computer glitch, but it might be delivered. Nobody showed up. I called again, they said they’d escalate it to a manager. Nobody called. As I write this review, I still have no TV. I called again, waited on hold for over twenty minutes and they said they’d have to call me back. I have better odds of winning the Powerball than getting a call back from Best Buy. Avoid them at all costs. Their prices aren’t worth their lack of professionalism or lack of service. They take zero responsibility and play the game of pass the buck. Edit: I did what Best Buy requested below. I messaged them on Facebook and Instagram. I was in chat for one hour and six minutes. (That was a total of 6 messages from them). After 66 minutes they said "We escalated this. Someone will call you." That’s now 6 escalations and 6 people that have not called me, a total of six times. Best Buy couldn’t provide worse service if they had a three day offsite, with the sharpest minds in business, with one agenda…"How can we disappoint more people?".

My wife had a filter for her DSLR lense that had slipped its tread. We tried all kinds of tricks to get it off with no luck. These folks got it off in 2 minutes, and they didn't even charge us! Great work with great service.

there phone system is one of the worst I have ever used. You can not get a live person if your life depended on it and there A.I. sucks Fedex delivered to Best Buy at 10:05 a.m. July 10th still waiting to here when I can pick it up on July 11th at 6:35 p.m.

I bought a new computer at Best Buy and Geek Squad was supposed to upload the old information from my old computer onto my new computer. It was supposed to take 2 to 3 days and it took closer to six. Best Buy corporate seems to understaff the Geek Squad and there’s usually just one or two at the desk. With little help for the Customer. When the computer was finished, they didn’t call me like they said they would. When I called them, they said I’d have to wait for an appointment to get my computer back. I just went in and got my computer back. When I got my computer, they changed the password so I couldn’t get into the computer so I have to wait another day until they open the following morning to get the password that they used on my computer. Not fun! They need to hire more staff and treat the customer better. I’ve been out of computer for about a week.

Geek Squad was incredibly helpful and always super nice and friendly. I came in to get my screen fixed because my phone was glitching very badly and then after they replaced it my speaker stopped working so they fixed that for free. They were always super welcoming and fun to talk to and fixed everything very quickly and it was easy to make an appointment. I always felt taken care of and comfortable

Horrible service. You make a reservation and show up on Time only to wait another 30 minutes before they see you. To top it off we paid for a screen protector warranty and they're telling us they broke their deal with the manufacturer so I had to pay an installation fee. I spent $900 in May on a Apple tablet Apple pencil and screen protector and the tablet failed in the first two months which I had to wait a week and a half for a replacement under warranty. They are overpriced crooks who don't honor their warranties!
