Jake is absolutely amazing! He got my washer fixed in a matter of a couple of days when the original company left us hanging for almost 5 weeks! He is beyond professional, courteous and got my issue taken care of promptly and was more than reasonable in price. I highly recommend using him and will use him for any future appliance issues.

Rocky Mountain Appliance Solutions turned out to be a great choice when our washing machine decided stop working. The repair person was very friendly, knowledgeable, and quick. He diagnosed the problem, explained the solution to me, and provided a very reasonable quote. He was able to order a replacement part and get the issue resolved for the quoted price. It's also nice to know that I'm dealing with a local company and not some place pretending to be local. I will definitely be calling them the next time I need something fixed, and I've already recommended them to friends and family for their appliance needs.

I called Jake on a Monday, he was able to come Wednesday morning - took a look at my dryer, spent about 20 minutes going to get a couple parts picked up, installed them & voila!! We are back in the laundry business!! He was very prompt & professional. He goes over your repair costs up front too, and is able to take card payment. Great experience!

Had James come out to look at my washer. Gave me a diagnosis. Said he had to order parts and they would be in at a certain time. In the meantime, someone else looked at it and fixed part of my washer. But couldn’t fix it all. I called James back to have him finish fixing it. He was upset. Someone else came to look at my washer while he wasn’t there and determined it was fixed. I informed him it wasn’t fixed, and then he re-looked at it again. In his text to me me when I questioned him about the diagnosis, he told me once he knew somebody else looked at my washer. He wasn’t gonna bother to look at it anymore. Still took the service charge plus the tip that I gave him. I still have to call someone else to diagnose and fix. Very unhappy with his responses in my text to me very unprofessional. !! Don’t bother with these little companies use a reputable company! His response on part of our text: When I thought it was fixed I was just talking about the counter weight. There’s no way I could’ve determined the bearing without fixing the counterweight first and I was upset that you had already called someone else to fix it and then called me back out again even though it had already been fixed so I wasn’t going to bother continuing to look at it until you said something about another noise This is only part of my complaint!

James came to our home and repaired our dishwasher. Five gold stars for his professional and quick resolve. At the top pinnacle and exceeded our expectations. Great service and knowledge.
