Specialized 72 Degrees Air Conditioning & Heating

Our AC wasn’t working… I called them mid morning and they were able to come out that evening and walk me through what was going on. They offered me different options and were transparent about pricing and necessities. Charlie was super helpful and I would definitely use him again in the future for anything AC related. Very happy with the service!

I would not recommend using this company. they use an out of state answering service . they also are very lax with there intracompany communication. . We canceled a service request but they came anyway when I was not at home and tried to complete the service when my wife was home stating that I had requested it and I didn't. they gave her a price almost $500 more than what I had already agreed to with another company . be very careful in my opinion. be sure to get verification before you commit.

72 Degrees Heating and Air to the rescue! The air conditioning unit went out exactly when you'd expect - during a heat wave. I tried several other service providers, but either they were booked, or I couldn't get a hold of them. I even scheduled an online appointment with one where they rescheduled me without notice. I called 72 Degrees and I was able to talk directly to Charlie. He asked some questions and listened. After providing the cost structure (flat $99 diagnostic fee + the fix), he told me he'd be there in less than an hour. Not a window between 9am and 4pm. Less. than. an. hour. He came, he diagnosed, he fixed, and he shared some insights that will help us keep things running long into the future. 72 degrees set up a time window for check up service and showed up within that time frame and called 20 minutes before arriving. This is appreciated....furthermore, my technician was thorough and helpful with a small ductwork issue and he spent a few minutes investigating it and recommended self remedy. Very customer service oriented company. I highly recommend them!

Justin at 72 degrees installed a mini split in my home a while back. He was very professional and informative of any questions I had. I never hesitated to call if I had any other questions. I have been a customer for several years now. Anytime I have a problem they take care of it promptly. They are always courteous and professional. Recently in a stretch of high 90 degree weather my AC gave up. I called Friday afternoon and by noon on Tuesday Charlie and Justin had a new compressor up and running. They are awesome.

I don't do reviews often of businesses, but I feel I have to do one for Justin with 72 Degrees. Four years ago, our AC went out. I looked for a HVAC contractor to replace the AC. I hired one of Justin's competitors. They replaced the unit, and I thought everything was okay. A year later, I took advantage of a coupon that Justin had for him to service our furnace. He came out and showed me the cracks in the heat exchanger and told me that whoever installed the furnace did it incorrectly because it was not elevated off the ground to allow air to flow. Knowing that the furnace was close to 20 years old, I knew it was time to replace it. He gave me some options on what units he could install without any pressure. I thought about it a few days and decided he was the best guy for the job. As he was installing the furnace, he noticed that the wiring to the AC was not correct. He also realized that the cooling coils were recalled. I did not receive any notice from the company that installed the AC that there was a recall. Justin offered to replace the coils for me for no charge, and he did a wonderful job installing the furnace. Fast forward three years later. We were on vacation last week, and our AC went out. I had to call Justin while on vacation. We were due to get back on a Friday, and Justin offered to come out on Saturday morning to see what was going on. The control board kept blowing fuses. So he had to order a part from Lennox. The part was due to come in the following Tuesday. Well, Justin came over early in the evening on Wednesday (after a long day for him) to install the part so we could finally be comfortable after days of 90 degree heat. I HIGHLY recommend Justin. I have never met a more genuine, professional and highly knowledgeable contractor. I just feel at ease every time we have him come over to work on whatever it is we need. You can tell that he is going to do whatever he can to make things right for you. I also refer him to all my friends and clients when it comes to their HVAC needs. Thank you, Justin!
