Specialty Appliance

My wife and I looked at refrigerators at Specialty Appliance after our LG quit working. The staff was very friendly and helpful. We had decided on a particular model we wanted to get but it was not in stock at this location. We chose not to wait because we had already been without a fridge for a week while trying, unsuccessfully, to repair our LG. I was impressed with the price quoted for the fridge we wanted; it beat anybody else's price in town! We look forward to shopping here for our next appliance purchase.

We had a dryer delivered to our apartment on 11/7/25, in Cheyenne, Wy. Our property manager set up and two gentleman came to install, I think their names were Isaiah and Zac. The first person who came in and explained everything was very on point, professional, courteous, polite. His partner was professional, courteous and polite as well. I wanted to make sure their supervisors knew that they were Amazing yesterday, great at their jobs, and 5 stars is not enough for these two gentleman! Thank you, my dryer works great and it’s quiet! Lol

We had a fabulous experience at Specialty Appliance. Matt Terpstra was a rock star in helping us buy our appliances. He was personable, extremely knowledgeable and efficient. We would highly recommend this company to people we know.

Went to buy a new range and were helped by Chris. He was very professional, friendly, and knowledgeable. We felt very comfortable with his suggestions and candor. We ended up with a range we should be happy with for a long time. We bought our dishwasher here about a year ago and would definitely recommend this store.

Best appliance shopping experience I've had in a long time. An actual knowledgeable person helped us look at the various features and make a decision about what we wanted in a dishwasher. The store was peaceful and calm. The salesperson was not pushy, had good knowledge, and explained everything clearly. Delivery was prompt and the installers were very capable. So much better than trying to buy at a big box store!

Steve has been a great help with choosing the appliances for our remodel. He has taken the time to explain the attributes of the different brands and price points. He has also been very responsive with the changes we have made.

We had an idea of what we wanted and Matthew was very helpful in finding the right fridge for our needs, and their prices were very competitive. They were wonderful in their delivery. We had just refinished our wood floors and they installed with no issues. We would highly recommend this business.
