Each person is friendly, helpful, respectful and explains everything clearly and up front. The text and email notifications and ability to track the service person in real time was great. Great experience with Melissa at Mardey’s. She’s very knowledgeable and I was looking for a nice white fridge (yes white, all my kitchen appliances came white) and then one day I went in and there it was - my beautiful GE 24.7 cu Ft French door fridge! They made delivery so easy and I got a great price as there were a couple of very minor scratches on the handles. AND I didn’t even notice all the gorgeous interior lights which now floods my kitchen with beautiful illumination! And I have a 1 year warranty by registering the fridge with GE. So happy.

I purchased a scratch and dent French door refrigerator online it had to be shipped all the way to Las Vegas and it was a seamless easy process ordering other product was easy. The description was great. The shipment email showed me all the details of the refrigerator that packing of the shipment was wonderful. Great Care was taking into protecting the item when the item arrived. It was exactly as it described it no additional damage that was surprises no anything I was very concerned about ordering something that was a scratching dent online without physically being able to see it and also very concerned about the freight ship shipment from one side of the country basically To the other side, but no issues The follow up emails that they gave me along the way was great telling me the status of the product if you’re looking for reasonably priced items and a shipping can fit in your range. I would highly recommend them. I looked at them a few refrigerators in my area and even with them being closer in the delivery cost and the set up cost. It still was a better bargain for me to order from this location and the selection. This location had was far greater. I wish I knew about this place when I lived in Florida a few years ago.

Ordered GE Profile French Door Fridge, was a bit hesitant as it was my first time buying "minor damage" online and not seeing it, also nervous about shipping to Michigan, just south of Detroit, from Florida. They were great about all the email updates, got here in 7 days, Honestly, it took me 5 times of looking it over to find the "Minor Ding" It was packaged up- perfect. We bought all LG appliances when we built the house 8 years ago and now have to replace them 1 by 1, buying all GE or GE Profile. Will try Mardey's for the rest of them. I give them 10 stars if I could!

I first found this company on eBay. They reached out to me, telling me that I could receive a better price on their website. I purchased a side by side open box. I been having problem ever since it was delivered. Once I unwrapped it, the door fell off. I had to get that fixed. I will say the did reimburse me for that. Several days later I noticed it wasn’t making ice as it should and it wasn’t freezing or cooling properly. I had to file a claim. Well a technician came out and replaced the defrost and tried to put new hinges on the door. The problem was hidden underneath. The fridge was so bent and beat up, the technician said he can’t believe that they even claim this fridge was tested and sold in this condition. So a week later I’m filing anther claim because the problem of not cooling and freezing properly has persisted. Be aware of purchasing open box products from any company because that deal may actually turn out to be too good to be true. This was my first and definitely my last time buying any open box products especially from a company I’m not familiar with. To whomever responding to these reviews has completely fabricated my situation. The door was fixed by a company I contacted, you just reimburse. The time you contacted a company, they came out and said it was just a power surge and nothing was done. New parts wasn’t put on until I contacted the warranty . The company that came out even ordered a new hinge with screws and bolts but the frame of the fridge is so damaged it’s impossible for them to fix the door properly. They are saying this was a bad sell. There’s no way the fridge with that much damage to the frame was tested. If I could seen pics of how bad this is, I definitely would

This was my first experience with Mardey’s. I went online with them and found an amazing price on a dishwasher. I had a couple of questions that were quickly answered via live chat. I had the dishwasher in my home within a couple days and free delivery! I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. I received emails, text and phone calls along the way to keep me fully informed. I recently purchased this GE Monogram wall oven and saved $1,800 off what local retailers were asking. Multiple photos were emailed to me along with the bill of lading. The photos showed the appliance and the box condition, and then more after it was packaged for shipping and strapped to the pallet. Communication with the store and the shipping company (FedEx Freight) were fantastic. I just finished installing it and registering the product warranty with the manufacturer. Looking at a few negative reviews I would suggest reading the description very carefully, and reaching out to the store via their live chat or call the showroom if you have any questions about an item. I would highly recommend this company and I will likely be purchasing from them again to replace other aging appliances.
