Appliance Repair Cowboys

Alex was very kind and able to get to me the same day. Alex was really helpful in his explanation of what happened and why. The price for the service and part was very reasonable. Alex definitely gets an A+ for customer service and job well done. I highly recommend appliance repair Cowboys.

My washing machine locking mechanism went out yesterday. I called to schedule an appointment as soon as I realized it was not going to be something I wanted to tackle. I received a next day morning appointment. Vlad arrived on time and was very professional. He had the problem diagnosed and repaired quickly. I couldn’t be happier with the quality of service from Appliance Repair Cowboys. I will definitely be recommending them and using them again for any future repairs.

Vlad made a fantastic job fixing my washing machine. He was punctual, courteous, and extremely skilled. I’m very happy with his work and will definitely call him again if needed!

Vlad responded very quickly to my inquiry an d arrived on time for all appts. He was professional and friendly. He showed me what was causing the rattle in my dryer, explained the condition and what the repair entailed, and gave me the price. When he installed the new parts, he cleaned out the dryer before reassembling it and cleaned the work area.

Great company! Very professional! Technician Vlad diagnosed and fixed our clothes dryer in a timely professional manner. He communicated well, keeping us informed in the process. I will use this company again and again for my repairs!

the dishwasher broke down... we called a repairman. He arrived exactly at the appointed time! He correctly identified the problem and quickly completed the repair. Thanks to Vlad for the professionally done job, I recommend him!!!

I contacted Appliance Repair Cowboys through Yelp on a Saturday. They offered me a Sunday appointment time or Monday. We took Sunday. We were notified via text that Vlad was on his way. He showed up in a timely manner and diagnosed our issue with our refrigerator quickly. He had a test part with him to verify his suspicions. It did fix the problem. He scheduled me an appointment to install a new part the next afternoon. Both times he was very timely, extremely communicative, professional, clean, and respectful of our home. I highly recommend the Appliance Repair Cowboy’s. We will definitely be using them again. Thanks Vlad for saving our Viking fridge.
