Air Central HVAC

I sought out 3 quotes before selecting Joe and Air Central to install a mini split in my garage this month. Joe was the only one who really took the time to understand what I was looking for and discuss the best solution and installation details. Their easy installation went smoothly and I’m very pleased with the neat appearance and outcome of the project. I knew I could trust Joe to deliver!!

So glad we called Joe at Air Central when it was time to replace one of our units. He was super responsive, transparent, very knowledgeable and his prices were fair. We are so glad to have gotten this referral from a friend and will be calling on Joe for our future HVAC needs. Highly recommend!

Air Central HVAC is the best! Joe and staff replaced our upstairs AC in June. We really appreciate Joe’s honesty and careful attention to his work. You will not be disappointed with choosing this company for your HVAC needs.

Just had my upstairs hvac changed out by Air Central in Garland. Can’t say enough about their professionalism. Fast response, fast fair estimate and fast neat installation. Completed job as described and priced in the estimate. Joe and his crew were in and out of here in less than four hours leaving me with a new central hvac system. Highly recommended.

Joe did an excellent job installing our new HVAC system! He was very flexible and responsive to our needs. And I really appreciated that his original quote remained the same despite running into some unforeseen complications which required more supplies and labor.

Joe (not me, just a coincidence), the owner of Air Central HVAC is a great guy. He replaced my HVAC system last year May 2024 with a new very efficient system. The price was far much affordable compared to what the big companies I had called were charging. Joe had replaced my neighbor's system and that is how I got to know him and his company. He is very kind, respectful, and approachable. During the installation, he explained to me every detail that I needed to know as a customer about the system and when to call incase of any issues. I did not have any problem until two weeks ago last month (January 2025) during the freezing temperatures. Both thermostats (upstairs and downstairs) kept shutting down and the house would be extremely cold. I called Joe and he came immediately the same day. After inspecting the system, he couldn't find any problem with the system but suspected that it had something to do with the dampers. He scheduled another visit this time with a technician from the company that manufactures that HVAC system. They discovered the problem was with the dampers and not the HVAC itself. They fixed the problem and everything is working great now. What is so impressive is that he would take the time to bring in a technician from the manufacturer just to make sure that the system is working the way it should. What better guarantee would one need? I will recommend Air Central HVAC. If you need peace of mind, this is the company to go with.

Joe came highly recommended to me by a friend who’s used him for years. He came out to my house within 24 hours and determined that my 20 year old HVAC system needed to be replaced. 5 days later it was delivered and installed. Very knowledgeable & professional. He’s my HVAC guy going forward.
