I just started with this place. I absolutely love them from the office to the technicians. Everyone is so helpful and they explain everything to you. I recommend them 1000%.

The Technician was on time, efficient and very professional. He explained everything about the repair. My oven was repaired within a half hour. The oven igniter was burnt out. This is the second one for this oven. I need to reduce my cookie baking . I only wish the pricing was a little more reasonable. I think the service fee company’s charge should be eliminated if the work is performed. At least they offer a 30 day guarantee. So far my oven is working great!

Avoid at all costs. Ridiculously overpriced for one. Secondly after coming for the initial diagnosis we schedule an appointment to fix for the next week. One day before the appointment they called and said they didn’t order the parts yet and would need to order the parts and schedule for another week out. They falsely tried to accuse me of calling in and telling them not to order the parts. This was a blatant lie as I never called to make any changes. I asked them to expedite the shipment of the parts which they said they would only do if I paid for it. I asked to speak to the manager of the company and they told me they would let him know to call me. He never called. I called back 5 days in a row asking to speak to the manager and each time they said they would relay the message but each time I never received a call. Absolutely unprofessional in all regards. Do yourself a favor and find a company that actually cares about their customers.

Very impressed. Our technician, Benny, showed up within 24 hours of our request, and did a fantastic job. He clearly explained the issue to us, and walked us through the options. Would use again.

Thank you so much for repairing our 3-year- old Samsung refrigerator. Our ice machine broke and I was ghosted TWICE by a repair company Samsung referred me to. Mr. Appliance made it so easy to schedule with and they showed up on time for every single appointment. The repairman was very nice and even cleaned up after he finished fixing our fridge! Thanks to Mr. Appliance, we now have a functioning fridge again and fresh ice!!! We can't recommend them enough!
