The upfront showroom time spent prior to the sale, the preliminary installation evaluation and recommended modifications, followed by a highly effective delivery and installation was truly outstanding. Not only are we fully satisfied with our two product choices, we have found a truly solid and exceptional household appliance vendor that cares, as shown by their penchant for service. Another fantastic experience with Bekins. 7 years ago I purchased a Wolf range; recently a Bosch refrigerator. I'll speak to my recent experience. My sales professional - Kate Rudd, was way beyond patient and helpful! I visited the showroom for lengthy visits, 4 times. Each time she cheerfully answered my many questions. She's a great researcher! Amazingly she NEVER made me feel like I was an annoyance. Grateful! I got lucky with delivery time. Although the predicted install date would be a month from purchase, it was installed in one week! The measuring team I had the month before my purchase, and the install team, Jason and Seth were respectful, careful, and fun and informative to talk to with. I trust Bekins, enjoy the experience their store creates, and will happily return next time I need an appliance!

We will never go to a big box store again! We had big trouble with a big name brand dishwasher that was just over 2 years old. Almost as expensive to replace than to repair. Everyone--sales, front desk, installers-- at Bekins is professional, personable, thorough, polite and genuine. I have passed this store many times (have lived in GR 21 years) and never gone in. Buying local--with local service instead of 3rd party--is the best way to go!

We had an awesome experience purchasing our appliances with Bekins. We purchased a refrigerator, dishwasher, gas range, washer and dryer. Ethan Donovan was very knowledgeable and most helpful on every product they carry and guided us along through the purchasing process. His follow-up communications kept us up to date. Absolutely had no issues on ordering or delivery. Delivery and installation were on time and beyond our expectations on professionalism and experience. We're pleased with Bekins.

Our experience with Bekins was top notch from start to finish. From the time we entered the Grand Rapids showroom, until Andrew and Kyle were done with our installations, we were treated with utmost respect. Erika, our salesperson, was very knowledgeable and helpful with the questions we had about picking out our new kitchen appliances. If she did not know an answer, she took the time to find the answer. She was very professional, as well as friendly. We also learned from Erika that Bekins services all of the appliances they sell, except GE. When it came time to schedule our installations, Andrea was also very helpful. She worked to get the date and time that was best for us. When the scheduled time came, two days later, Andrew and Kyle could not have been more friendly, helpful, and respectful of our home. They also took the time to explain our new appliances, and how they differed from the ones they were replacing. In our shopping process we also discovered Bekins pricing is not that much, if any, different from the big box stores. That alone was worth shopping at Bekins. All in all, our shopping experience was amazing, from start to finish. The folks at Bekins are just nice people.

Bekins in Forest Hills has a phenomenal selection of LG Front Loader washers and dryers. It is the only place I found that has EVERYTHING I wanted already in stock and ready to deliver in the next couple of weeks. Many variations of sizes and colors, and the pedestal drawers are in stock as well. The pedestal 1 cubic washing machine drawer was also in stock , so I bought that as well so I can be doing my large load and then my hand wash delicate load all at the same time. Customer service was phenomenal, from Ethan the salesman who helped me pick out the exact machine, to the women at the front who greeted me and help me at the end with the check out process. Ten out of ten experience! I’ll be back for an oven.

We went to Bekins to look for appliances for our new home and were beyond thrilled by the help and information we received. Purchasing was smooth, delivery went well, and one very small scratch on the washer was fixed within a month! The sales and service center have both been excellent to work with!
