Sears Appliance Repair

Our service tech Greg was great. Although he didn't recommend repairing our washer because of it's age, the cost of repair and the kind of repair it would need he was still very helpful. He was very knowledgeable and he listened to everything we had to say and thoroughly explained everything to us. We could tell he's excellent at his job and he truly cares about his customers!

The technician was very astute and immediately identified the issue. Unfortunately, the problem was caused by parts being left off of the replacement door during our last Sears Home Services repair. We weren’t aware that the parts were left off until now. I’m including a photo of the new parts after they were installed.

Jorge was outstanding! Very professional and knowledgeable. Quick to identify the problem, order the necessary parts and efficiently repaired. My only complaint was the time it took to schedule the follow up appointment and the 8 to 5 window that usually requires you to take the whole day because you cannot depend on the original ETA. Last Friday, I had an appointment and no one showed up or called. I just received another AI notice that I had requested it to be rescheduled which is not true.! Jorge has nothing to do with this timing and in no way should be held accountable. He is an excellent technician. It has taken me 10 service calls to finally get someone that correctly diagnosed the problem. It is working today. Keep those fingers crossed. Thank you Jorge.

Very competent technician. Very kind, knowledgable and efficient. Sets a great example of how to do their job. Contacting the company was extremely frustrating. Speaking to a competent human being would be much better than text only.

The repair man was on time, called ahead to let me know he was on the way. Came in diagnosed the problem, and fixed it. Was very neat, and cleaned up behind himself. It was an overall great experience and I will use them again.

Drew’s service was excellent. He clearly explained the diagnostics and steps needed to resolve the problem. Throughout the service call he cleaned up as he worked and was conscious about leaving the workspace as he found it.

Knowledgeable, experienced. Friendly, efficient! But quick diagnosis was washer is dead and more expensive to fix than purchase a new one. Not the news I wanted to hear, but he was a straight shooter
