Sears Appliance Repair

The technician was efficient, friendly, and communicated great. He diagnosed it quickly and the repair was done in less than an Hour. The repair had to be rescheduled multiple times using the AI text feature, which was really annoying. (I didn’t appreciate that I cleared a day on my calendar and then had the repair postponed twice.) But I don’t think that was the fault of the technician.

This service is terrible! Technicians were consistently late and rescheduled multiple times without at least discussing a reasonable time to follow up. They should take into consideration that offering a window between 1-5 often creates a hassle for people that have to take time off from their work. So, to not show up multiple times and be consistently late is a real burden! My most recent appointment with last the service person scratched my floor and ordered the wrong parts. The worst part is that this entire process is AI driven and there is nobody to even speak with. Do yourself a favor and find a different place that knows what they are doing…

If I could rate a zero, I would. It took over a month before the AI-driven scheduler was able to comprehend a mistake with the order. I was thrown into two weeks of auto-rescheduling. It was impossible to get through to a live agent to clear up the mistake. The two human repair guys who came were great, it was the automated scheduling & customer service systems that absolutely sucked.

I am always happy with my service when Dale is the technician! He is professional, courteous, prompt and does the best job! He explains everything when he is done. I can’t say enough good things about Dale! I only wish I could give him a ten star review!

Gary came on the same day I requested service. He called me when he received the service requested and estimated when he thought he would arrive. Then called again an hour prior to confirm his arrival time. This was very thoughtful. All was resolved about an hour from the time he came to my door. I couldn’t be happier.

Our tech, Pat, was wonderful. Worked fast and easy to communicate with!
