Burlett Refrigeration Inc

5 Stars – Exceptional Service from a Truly Caring Family Business Burlett Refrigeration is a family-owned business that truly goes above and beyond for their customers. Michael and his dad took the time to personally meet with us, understand our specific needs, and deliver exactly what we were looking for. They installed a brand-new walk-in cooler refrigeration unit in just one day — a fast and flawless job. What really stood out was their dedication. They didn’t just install the unit; they went the extra mile — literally — by driving to Baton Rouge in the rain to pick up the exact unit we needed so it could be installed the very next day. That level of commitment and customer care is rare these days. Highly recommended — 5 stars all the way!

Burlett Refrigeration is a great company that I highly recommend. I had Burlett Refrigeration install a new air condition system in my primary residence. I was very impressed with the amount of service and dedication the crew showed to ensure my replacement went smooth and met my high level of expectations. Prior to deciding on a product, all the options were thoroughly discussed in detail to ensure I was receiving the unit that best fit my needs. On the day of the installation, the technicians were very professional and ensured the installation was immaculate. After unboxing the inside unit, it was discovered that the brand-new equipment had a substantial amount of damage. The technicians immediately called their suppliers who timely delivered a replacement while they continued the installation process to ensure the system was not offline longer than required due to the defective item. In the end, I received a very nice updated central AC that has been saving me money due to its high energy efficiency and keeping me very cold due to my girlfriend’s aggressive temperature settings.

This company is professional and kind and friendly individuals. Everyone I have ever worked with from the office to the technicians at all levels have been amazing. I highly recommend this company as a business owner who has had many varying experiences. I won’t use any other going forward after our last 8 months together.

Burlett Refrigeration has been servicing and maintaining my air conditioners for nearly 30 years. I originally employed them to service my rental properties and they have performed exceptionally! Tenants can be difficult at times and the technicians at Burlett are always on time and very professional. They are extremely knowledgeable and resolve issues quickly and efficiently. I mistakenly used another company on one occasion and regretted it immensely! I contacted Burlett and they came out immediately; explained the mistake that the other companies technician made, and they resolved the problem at a fraction of the cost. Burlett Refrigeration is the company that competitor air conditioner companies call when they have a problems they can't resolve.

We had an issue with our ice machine. Burlett came thorough same day we called and fixed us up. Saved us from having to purchase a new unit. 10/10 service
