Ernesto did an Amazing job fixing my dryer and refrigerator. He was courteous, affordable and quick. Since he didn't have the part to my refrigerator. We ordered it online and rushed delivery. He said," If the part comes in late at night. I will be here to install it. I know the importance of having you refrigerator going." That was sweet of him. We have a motorcoach with a residential refrigerator. While traveling it stopped working so when we got to Harlingen I started searching for appliance repair companies. I found Ernesto after reading many reviews of other companies (no call-backs, no shows, etc) and I decided to give him a call. He not only answered right away but was polite and professional. He asked appropriate questions, and told me he would be to me about 4. He showed up at 4 on the dot and went straight to work. He advised that the motherboard was shorted out and he wasn’t sure replacing it would be the ultimate fix. He gave us the cost of the part and labor and a worst case cost in case we had to replace the other 2 computer boards. You don’t find honesty and integrity like he showed very often these days. He could have just replaced the part and then said - well, we’ll have to replace this one and then this one all the while charges are adding up to a new fridge. I appreciate his business and moral ethics. I feel very confident if you call him you will be pleased with his work!

Was having issues with my stove. Called Ernesto and he was quick to schedule an appointment for that same day. He was open and honest, unfortunately our stove would cost more to fix but he gave us certain brands to stick with. While shopping for a new stove we were able to text him to see if the brand we were getting was good. Over all amazing service and super honest. We will be calling him for any appliance work in the future. 10/10 recommend

Called Ernesto early Saturday morning for my fridge that stopped working. He was here by 10am and had me back up by 10:30. Great service and customer service. Reasonable price as well.
