Technician arrived on time, listened to our thoughts on the matter while troubleshooting and quickly zeroed in on the cause. Discussed solutions and left us with a clear understanding of next steps to get there. Amazing service experience, especially for warranty work at ZERO cost to me. I still feel confident in the brand and my all-in-one combo washer dryer choice going forward because everything was covered so thoroughly. Recommend 100%!

John diagnosed the warranty issue correctly on our washer and returned to replace the defective water control valve. He was professional and respectful, ensuring no mess was left behind. Office staff scheduling was likewise friendly and accommodating.

Quick response to the appointment request from the manufacturer, as our freezer was till under warranty. The tech was professional, proficient, knowledgeable and provided great communication. Parts had to be ordered to provide the repair suggested. I expected to be waiting weeks. They were back in less than 7 business days and had the repair done in under an hour. I will definitely use them again if I need appliance repair services.

DS3 was repair sub for LG that fulfilled a service request from them to fix my refrig. The guy was great - can't remember his name o/w I would add it here! He found the issue that the other idiot that LG sent the first time could not find. He contacted me on the way to my house and showed up on time. Very courteous as well. Definitely recommend you ask for DS3 if you have a chance. Highly recommend them! I didn't pay for the service since it was under warranty. Not related to the repair but I will never buy an LG appliance again - the refrig and the service from them (not DS3) has totally sucked!

Very happy with the service provided. My 7 month old fridge went out. The tech came checked it and then ordered the part needed. It took a couple of days for the part to be located and installed. The tech was highly efficient. It was a manufacture warranty repair. I has to produce the original receipt.

The warranty was a waist of money. I ended up ordering my own part and fixing my stove myself. I usually do not get the warranty because they always find an excuse not to honor it and that’s just what they did.

One guy came to determine what was wrong and ordered parts. Second guy installed parts....both great guys....polite .....professional...punctual. cou ok d not ask for better Work done under extended warranty .
