So disappointed, all they do is charge you trip fee and tell you no parts available! My fisher Paykel oven needs to be fixed, when I called to schedule, I asked if I could send them pictures, so that they can know what's wrong, and whether it can be fixed, but they didn't want me to send. First the technician was late on the scheduled day, then he told me the manufacturer no longer produce those parts, which means I paid trip charge but nothing is fixed! Later on I called them again, they insisted they charge because technician diagnosed. Come on, do I need you to diagnose? We all know there is an issue, I expected you to fix it! All my other repair guys would always check my photos and videos before they come, and if they cannot fix when they come, they won't charge. So, if you want to use their service, be prepared they may not be able to fix your stuff, but still charge!

Technician damaged dishwasher on install and company will not fix damages nor refund money. Additionally dishwasher not installed properly. Worst service experience ever. O top of that technicians was x con convicted felons.
