Reliable Parts

Absolutely LOVE this place! Hands down one of the most customer friendly businesses you'll ever visit. Not only do they have everything in stock, but their staff is super friendly and knowledgeable. They'll help you trouble shoot and make sure you walk away with just what you need. They have a customer for life!

We’ve been working with Reliable Parts for a while now through our company, HomeFix Appliance Repair, and we’re very happy with the service! The representatives are true professionals with deep experience in appliances. They always help us choose the right parts and often go the extra mile by getting accurate specs directly from manufacturers like LG and Samsung. It’s a pleasure working with a supplier that understands the real needs of appliance technicians. Highly recommend!

Always have the correct part at a great price !!!! I have a washer and dryer that my parents had bought from Sears in the mid 80"s , and both the washer and dryer are still going strong after 40 years , Thanks to RELIABLE PARTS !!!!!!!

This grandma just walked in with a part and was praying on the way there that I would leave there with the correct part for my handyman to install. As soon as I walked in, I was met by Tim, a very nice person who was cordial and very helpful. He immediately researched the part, went for the part and finished the transaction. Despite being in strange surroundings, with other repairmen purchasing the parts they needed, I felt comfortable shopping and taking care of my business. Thanks Tim for your help and professionalism in making it easy for me to get the part I needed. JMR

Folks won't answer the phone Location is hidden, even Google could not get me there... and the expensive part wasn't even the right part.

Lady at the front desk was very nice and super helpful, she was able to match the online price for me, would definitely recommend this place for all of my appliance parts

Reliable Parts on N. Post Oak in Houston rocks! I needed a laundry list of parts for our refrigerator. Shanna took my list, found the new part #s, verified availability, counseled me in the process, set expectations, followed up as partial deliveries arrived, called when all the parts arrived, double-verified receipt / qty of each line item, bundled them for easy carriage, and sent me home very happy. To some this may be just the job, but it was her professionalism, focus, attitude, and customer first approach that made this a great experience. Thank R Team!
