Well, my issue was my Kenmore elite freezer door. One side was not closing properly and if y’all experienced that little frost into the freezer, you were assuming that you didn’t close it properly. I just realized that the door track was out alignment so even though you were closing it, it was not closed properly, but Henry from repair appliance repair came in wow with the tools and experience that he did it. I would’ve broken it. It was a lot of work a lot of detail work he took it apart figured that out repaired it and I was very happy and definitely will recommend this in the future and highly recommend a Henry for the next project

The technician came out to replace parts in our washing machine and did an excellent job. He worked quickly but still made sure everything was running properly before he left.
