Great service.The response we received was unbelievable,on time witch we all know can very due to other appointments that can last longer than expected. The wonderful technician Henry Chavez is so professional,he diagnosed the problem with in a minute or two,then said I have the part on his truck.Installed it in a very short time and we were up and running.He then cleaned up everything like it had never been touched. This has been with out question the best service call I've ever experienced!!Again thank you Henry Chavez and your company.
Update: After escalating to Sub-zero, customer advocate team helped us get the experience through senior management of Seasonal Comfort. They sent two other technicians Henry C and Felix, who did a fantastic job fixing our issues and are very courteous and pleasant to work with. Henry put protective foam to protect our kitchen counter before laying down any tools, as well as a pad to protect the floor. He explained every step he is gonna take clearly and made sure we felt comfortable with all the options. I would ask for Henry for any future repairs. Day and night difference between the two visits! --------------------------- We are hugely disappointed with Subzero’s choice to use this company as the only service provider. They are very rude and condescending towards the Subzero owners for no reason. The technician they sent to our house refused to answer our simple ask to walk us through his repair plan before digging in our unit, after he told us he brought the wrong part. While he could explain to us what he plans to do, he avoided giving us an answer which we deserve to know, by talking in circles about how he felt our attitude is not the same towards him, and he can stop working if we have any question. He then accused us for not noticing the damage caused by improper installation (by certified installer sent by Subzero) early, and kept scolding me emotionally. I can’t understand where this bizarre behavior came from and can’t risk a person behaving like this being at our house longer. A scary experience you won’t expect after paying a fortune for this top brand!
I paid for the extended warranty. These are the warranty people. My ice machine has been out for over a month. I won’t go into all the details as it’s embarrassing for them (unit was wired improperly at the manufacturer) but the unit is now in the shop and I can get them to answer the phone or return a call to tell me the status. I call every day and tried all of their various options and can’t get a person or a call back or even a text with status of my repair. I’ve got 8 wolf subzero appliances with a 5 year warranty and can’t get a return call!
Our built in microwave stopped working and I booked a service with this company. We live in greater Houston area so they told me there will be a trip charge and they can only make trips specific days of the week. I was scheduled 10 days after my call. On the day the tech arrived on time. Removed the microwave and after a while he told me the issue was a burnt out cable. The previous tech must have left a half finished job according to his words. He fixed it then asked if I had an electricians type that I provided. He also said if any issue they won’t charge the trip charge. I received a 360 bill for this repair out of which my HOI covered 240. Trip charge wants covered by them. 5 weeks later microwave stopped working again. To avoid a big bill my husband opens the unit and you can see the findings. The cable burnt terribly to an extend it could have caused afire. Question is WHY DO these SPECIALISTS CAnnot fix a simple cable and yet do not have an electrician toe and why are they still the only rep for WOlf . Very dissatisfied with their service and would not recommend to anyone if they do t want to burn their home!!!!
This review is especially for Shay (I hope I spelled your name right) and my service technician Britt. I was freaking out. Our semi brand new Subzero paneled fridge had a wrench flashing icon that was beeping and going crazy. We had a function over the weekend that we absolutely needed our fridge for. Shay was AMAZING. She was my first point of contact with Seasonal Comfort and she was SO kind. I mean seriously this is the type of person you want as the point of contact for your initial call into a company. Obviously customers are calling in a panic and upset that their appliance isn't functioning and Shay was able to handle the situation with such kindness and grace. She squeezed me into a last minute timeslot because they were already booked for the entire day. She actually cared about my problem and was really empathetic to the situation. THANK YOU SHAY. YOU ARE AMAZING. My service technician was Britt - as another review stated he arrived on time, was happy to take his shoes off upon entering our home, and quickly diagnosed/resolved the issue with our fridge. He was so informative - you can tell he really knows his stuff and he's passionate about helping people. THANK YOU SHAY AND BRITT. You both turned a gloomy day into a bright one and I am so grateful for you both! HIGHLY recommend Seasonal Comfort based on my experience with these two outstanding individuals.
This is a factory trained and authorized SubZero repair company for the Houston metro area. My overall experience was ourstanding. My freezer started going bad about a few weeks ago. The warranty company (CHW) sent a repair team, and their assessment was a bad heat exchanger unit. Unfortunately, CHW said that the parts were not available and offered an unacceptable buyout option which I turned down. I received quotes from 2 other companies. Not only was Seasonal Comfort the lowest price, but Alice went above and beyond to expedite my repair and get my parts from Dallas in one day. Richard (technician) showed up at 8am on Saturday morning exactly at time promised. He was extremely professional, courteous and technically excellent and explained everything he was doing to completely replace the entire freezer side of the unit. At the time of this evaluation (less the 2 hours after repair), the freezer was cooling off and performing again perfectly. This company performed above expectations and deserves this 5-star rating. I would highly recommend them for any SubZero refrigerator work in the future. Thanks again Alice and Richard for your great effort in short order.
Extremely pleased with Seasonal Comfort. Shawn was so friendly, knowledgeable, thorough and arrived in time to repair to clean our Scotsman Ice Machine. Such a pleasant experience all around! I highly recommend Shawn and Seasonal Comfort!
