Sub-zero Cove Wolf

Called these guys for repair my freezer, was a huge water leak and then it’s iced and stuck. Nick came at the same day I called , determined the issue and estimated me with very reasonable pricing. He came back next day (this company only use genuine parts by the way) and fixed it within few hours. I can say that Nick was very professional and knowledgeable and ,what is most important, time efficient. Definitely recommend this company to everyone, and I’m the customer for sure once in need them for repairs.

This company is super reliable. Michael, technician, came fast and on time, was very knowledgeable and determined the issue very fast. It was a leak in freezer and some of the parts contacts were burned. He ordered the needed parts which arrived fast as well (two days). After he installed and set up everything, our freezer got back to life and is super cold and works quietly. Also he performed routing maintenance overall cleaning. Definitely recommend these guys and will stay as their client further.

I highly recommend this company for Viking Appliance repairs. This is the second time Dennis has saved the day for me! He happened to have the part I needed with him. He is efficient and respectful of property. His prices are more than fair... Possibly because my part was inexpensive, but this visit with part and labor was less than a competitors diagnostic fee.

Grossly Overpriced! Received a quote from Denis for $2500 for labor to fix Sub-Zero refrigerator. (Parts covered by SubZero warranty). They charge $125 for the diagnostic visit alone if you opt not to use them. Immediately following his visit, called two other companies and was given $1100 and $1300 quotes for labor for the same job.

Our Thermador refrigerator power supply needed to be replaced and it was replaced well. Denis was very professional , prompt and for the job done. He carefully took apart the components and put them all back nicely. We are super pleased with his workmanship and professionalism! Would highly recommend

We had some problems with our refrigerator as recently as six months ago. The first company, and I won’t mention who they are came out, although the technician was very friendly thinking back now he didn’t know much about what he was doing. He repaired or at least tried to repair/replace the icemaker which kept giving us problems. About 35 days later he had to come out again and because we missed the 30 day warranty we had to pay. Recently we had to get a new panel board cleaning, etc. so we called this company. The technician that came out Alex, did a fantastic job. Although costly it was better than having to pay about $9000 for a comparable refrigerator. I recommend calling this company to repair your refrigerator. The new ones are just not made the way the old ones were. Lastly, the guarantee warranty now last six months.

I was given a phone number for service repair company( I won’t mention the name) by our refrigerator manufacturer, Kitchenaid. They came out and said the parts would take a year to get because they’re on back order. I called the company back several times and they said they were still on back order. I was tired of getting the run around and I called Kitchenaid for another service repair company referral. Thankfully this time they referred me to Sub Zero Cove Wolf. I called and they had Alex come out the same day. Alex quickly diagnosed the problem, explained the issue and parts were ordered. Denis came three days later to repair our fridge. Denis was professional, friendly and went above and beyond to make sure everything worked properly. Denis also followed up the next day to make sure we were happy and we are truly grateful that we didn’t have to purchase a new refrigerator. If you need a service technician, I highly recommend Sub Zero Cove Wolf!
