We recently called Best Service Appliance to service our 30-year-old oven, and we couldn’t be more impressed with the work. Despite the age of the appliance and the challenge of finding compatible parts, he approached the job with professionalism and determination. Chris was thorough in diagnosing the issue, took the time to explain what was wrong in terms we could understand, and went above and beyond to source the parts needed for such an old model. The repair work was done efficiently and cleanly, and he made sure everything was working properly before leaving. It’s rare to find someone who shows this level of dedication, especially when working with older appliances that many technicians would simply recommend replacing. We highly recommend Chris for any appliance repair needs. Fair pricing, honest service, and excellent workmanship!

You can’t get service like this anywhere else … They really do care! We got a "lemon" of a dishwasher thanks to Jerome’s…. Not even 2 years old with issues. The technician came three times to fix and do everything he could think of. Seems to be working perfectly now. Fantastic customer service….service…. All the above. If we ever do unfortunately run into issues with future appliances, we know exactly who to call.

They did a fabulous job with my refrigerator. I had a fan that was making a lot of noise. It's an older refrigerator and was hopping the repair cost was better that replacing it and it was. Their showup fee was very reasonable and much less that other companies that I contacted to check out the problem. This company was very economical and they fixed it quickly. They had to order a part which was expected and they came back to install the part very in just a few days. I would highly recommend them for your appliance repairs.

We had a damaged washing machine cord and they came and fixed it! Ordered the correct cord from LG and installed it, everything works good as new! Will definitely use them again in the future for other repairs!!
