I am speechless. This might be the best repair shop in town. Troubled shot the issue on a product over the phone, and they made a recommendation. If and when I need a repair again, I will gladly hire this business. Outstanding Customer Service!!!!

The costumer service is incredible. I had been searching all over Mississippi for somewhere to fix some transmitters and receivers and couldn't find a single place until I gave Wink TV & Electronics a call. When they realized that they couldn't fix my situation they stayed on the phone with me and helped me by getting more information and giving me a recommendation for somewhere that could. Absolutely wonderful and made me feel like they actually wanted to help me.

4/23/2022 Wink TV & Electronics' owner and technician was willing to review my options for a repair of a television that was purchased in 2014, even asking for the model number, and the apparent issues with the unit. His estimate fee is extremely reasonable, and, even though I grew up in the days when television service would come to your home, and change a few TV tubes, it's still great to know that you can call for service, SPEAK TO A REAL HUMAN, and at least have this unit repaired to more years of enjoyment from its use! It’s been almost six months since I dropped my tv off to have the backlight repaired. Other than the initial call to let me know that parts were on back order, I’ve only heard from the owner when I contacted him. The last time I spoke with him was October after I contacted him. Still no tv and no call to let me know what’s going on. I feel like I paid 35 bucks to be screwed.

This is a long time television and radio repair shop. With the advent of the newer televisions it is generally cheaper to go and buy a new t.v. but sometimes they can still fix them. Radios on the other hand this is still one of the best places to get a radio fixed in all of the city. Customer service is ok. Prices vary.

Horrible! I would not recommend dropped of a 55 inch tv just to get the buttons repaired, the tv had no other issues, just the buttons, but when I picked the tv up it had a line in the screen. Do not take anything to this guy!!!
