The level of efficiency and professionalism from Henny who serviced my apartment washing machine was quick and seamless. He was down to earth and very friendly. Felt very welcoming and he takes great pride in the work he does, and the timing was sub 30 minutes to repair issue and remove error code.

I hired Amazon Appliance Repair to install a new Bosch washer and dryer and haul away the old set. After some back and forth, we agreed on a $450 fee for installation and removal. Scheduling was somewhat difficult, but we ultimately set a time after delivery. The installation was performed incorrectly. The Bosch stacking kit — purchased directly from Bosch and designed specifically for these machines — was not installed according to the manufacturer’s instructions. The installers did not open or follow the instruction manual included in the box. I was told before installing that it would not work, but I found that difficult to believe as it was a Bosch product and was sold with the set. As a result, I had to hire a Bosch-certified technician to redo the work at an additional cost. On top of this, the installers incorrectly insisted that I needed to purchase an electrical adapter from Home Depot, which was not necessary. The adapter provided by Bosch was sufficient and was ultimately the one used. This caused unnecessary inconvenience and wasted time, as they asked me to rush out to Home Depot to try and find an adapter, even though it wasn't needed. When I raised these issues, the company refused to take responsibility. They claimed the stacking kit was "poor quality" despite it being Bosch’s official part, and dismissed my concerns rather than offering any refund or discount. Overall, I cannot recommend their services. While they did remove the old machines, the poor installation quality, misleading guidance, and lack of accountability left me very dissatisfied. I would strongly suggest using a certified technician or another reputable service provider if you want the job done correctly the first time.

Aly was super helpful when my fridge stopped working. He came the same day I called and explained exactly what was wrong with the fridge in a way I could understand and told me what all my options were. He explained that eventually the fridge needs to be replaced but he was able to do a temporary fix to get me through until then. He was also very upfront about the pricing so there were no surprises. I will definitely call Appliance Care Pros again if I have other appliance issues.
