Geek Squad

I dropped off my phone on 3/30/25 and was called 4/14/25 that is was ready they "replaced" it supposably. Gave me new serial number. I go to turn it on it’s a completely different serial number and different phone & it connected to someone else’s phone number with mine. Still waiting on my replacement and it’s going on two months and no one there or Apple seems to be able to tell me anything. Keeps giving me the run around that they are "working" on it. It’s 5/16/25 shouldn’t take this long for a phone.

Took an hour and a half just for them to say they couldn’t even diagnose my device. They also have an inappropriate message displayed on a stapler which is very unprofessional. Would not recommend!!

Geek squat is not what it us to be. How can you go the geek squad for them to tell you the don't have the tools for a simple task. YOUR THE GEEK SQUAD! Wait 45 mins to see if a miracle would happen to then tell me they can't help, sorry. I was flabbergasted, another customer came after me and they told her they don't fox the item she bought at that best buy. It's unbelievable. I wouldn't go there for tech support.

This would be 0 stars if I could. Worst experience I ever had with any company. First I come in to see why my camera don’t work. Find that it’s need a camera sensor. Scheduled me again. I come in to find that they didn’t have the part. So they scheduled me again. Come in they have it told me i will take 2-3 hours. I go watch a movie after 2:30 hours I go back. To find out they broke the back of my phone glass (iPhone)and my camera wasn’t even fixed. They tell me we’ll call you back in 2-3 days when I new back glass comes in. It’s been almost a week and no call. So unprofessional. Wouldn’t recommend to anyone. Wait times are crazy. Will never get my service again.

I had an appointment with Bryan Moses yesterday. He was extremely knowledgeable, helpful, and patient. He reassured me that he could correct the tech issues that I was having, that others had not been able to. And, yes, he successfully corrected the problem. This experience convinced me that I should buy the tech products that I am considering for Christmas gifts at Best Buy. Thanks, Bryan.

My "husband" was able to call Geek Squad and schedule an appointment. My "husband" called to change the address. Now I have no idea what is happening with my appointment. Tv still broken and poor customer service for days with wrong or incomplete information!
