Delivery and installation was flawless and the guys who came out were professional and personable! I am definitely glad we had this service because watching them I knew I would have been over my head!

Jenna at Grand Appliances in Joliet was wonderful to work with. I needed a new fridge and dishwasher. I previously had a Sub-Zero so needed something the same size. My previous Sub zero lasted 28 years so decided to stay with a Sub zero. They had it in stock and was installed within a week. The guys that installed both appliances were wonderful and left their work area in excellent condition. They made sure everything was in working order before they left.

Great place for your appliance needs. We stopped in a couple weeks ago and Jen greeted us and assisted us right away. She was very informative and kind. Answered our questions and there was no pressure when we wanted to come back at a later date and we appreciated that. Well.... we ended up coming back! Mike then assisted us! While Jen was great, Mike gets 2 thumbs up!! Great Team you have here!!

What a great experience with Jenna today. My old dishwasher needed to be replaced and she helped me choose the best model for my needs and my budget. Easy peasy!! We just completed the installation. This was awesome!! In and out in less than 30 minutes. Thank you for a great customer experience.

Our salesperson was awesome! We were replacing a wall oven. He spent time looking up the specs for several models to help us find a unit that would not require us to modify or widen the whole in our cabinets. Great experience!

Kevin Wales was our salesman, he pulled up pricing & delivery from other stores to save us time of looking elsewhere. He told us multiple things about the oven we were interested in. He was extremely helpful, honest and made the experience painless. After sitting over a hour at home depot it was a very welcomed experience. I will always go to him from here on out.
