DO NOT, I REPEAT DO NOT ACCEPT REPAIRS BY THIS COMPANY. They were assigned to us by Home Depot warranty repairs. Make a report with BBB and ask the insurance company you bought your warranty from for the contact information to report these incompetent people so they get removed from the list of contractors. Absolutely horrible customer service and laziness would be an understatement. What kind of company communicates only via text? Your warranty company has to find you a new technician with this type of experience. You may have to call twice but they have to honor your claim.

I have just noticed (10/29/2024) there is a different name for this appliance repair company in Joplin. Earlier this year. I had noted 2 separate sites for Google reviews. Were there two different companies going by the name National? Is this the same company we knew as National? ..... Now I know why there are so many one star reviews. I have made my dissatisfaction with this company known to my service plan provider. Like many of the other one star reviewers, I share similar complaints about this company. One should also be aware that their attitude is, IF YOU DO NOT LIKE IT, YOU CAN GO SOMEWHERE ELSE. Consumers be aware that there are other choices with your Lowes service plan than this company. Should you voice your dissatisfaction with the service tech in any way, be prepared to be called "hostile." Any further service will be refused. This happened to myself, and I see other reviewers on other sites have also reported the exact same thing. Rather odd that this company has 2 separate Google site reviews. One site with customers giving low ratings, and no response from the company. The other site has high ratings, and the company is responding to the positive reviews.

Incompetence is an understatement. Our dryer started making an obnoxious noise less than a year ago. We got assigned this company because it was warranty through Lowe’s. The technician, Jason, came and said he needed some parts. Couple of weeks later he replaced the parts, but noise was as still there. We called them back and his response was "there’s nothing I can do for a noise". Fast forward a few months and the dryer is now not drying. We call them back and the same tech says that the dryer vent is clogged. Mind you, it’s a house that is built within the last 1.5 years and we have lived in it for just under a year. I entertain and call a vent cleaner and comes and spends more time setting up than anything else. He got the brush in the vent and hardly got anything out. Also tested airflow which was well above the recommended average to work properly. Even he made a comment about the dryer and the noise it was making - which can be heard from outside. This company is completely incompetent.

This company was used as part of a Frigidaire Warranty Repair. What a train wreck! Between Frigidaire customer service and this repair vendor. I will never buy one of their appliances again. New dishwasher installed in a newly built home (the pump was bad from the install on a new dishwasher). After almost a month of waiting I had to replace the dishwasher and move on. Horrible service.

Absolute trash business. Canceled our appointment without a call or text for no rhyme or reason. Then got nothing but snippy text messages from the company. Very unprofessional. Obviously doesn’t specialize in customer service. Judging by my experience and reading through these reviews this company is not concerned about what customers think of them. If you’re into begging a company for their service this one is for you!

National Repair Center serviced our LG washing machine through a Lowe's extended warranty. The scheduling process was initially a little cumbersome, but after the initial visit was scheduled everything ran very smoothly. Ryan came out and immediately determined what the problem was. He was very friendly and texted us to let us know he was on the way. He had to order a part to fix the washing machine, and made the repairs the following week after the parts came in. The second visit was just as good as the first. Would definitely use the National Repair Center again!

This place is a scam. Called Samsung about our refrigerator flashing a code on the deli drawer. They dispatched NRC to look at it. I had to pay $202 in advance just for them to show up. Tech Jason shows up and tells me the wiring harness is severed and Samsung no longer makes the parts and even if they did the labor to replace it would be very expensive. Told me we would need to buy a new fridge and that the fridge could stop cooling at any moment. Was at my home for a total of 20 minutes. We go to buy a new fridge and are told by the retailer we bought the extended warranty (it was 4 1/2 years ago so we forgot). The warranty company sends out one of their techs (ATech Appliance) and within 10 minutes has the part on order (yes they still make them) and tells me he will need about 15 minutes to replace it once it arrives and not to worry about the fridge stopping cooling as he has never seen that happen before due to that error code. So obviously the first visit from NRC was a contrived and intentional way to scam me out of $200. DO NOT USE this company. We are considering legal recourse if they refuse to refund our money.
