Vacuum Works

I was having some problems with my vacuum cleaner—nothing major but still annoying enough that I knew I needed to have it checked out and some preventative maintenance done on it. I discovered Vacuum Works through a Google search and I was really impressed with that shop. The customer service I received was outstanding. Joe the owner did a great job explaining to me how to get the most use out of my cleaner and patiently answering all the questions I had when I brought it in. I brought it in Friday afternoon and I got their text letting me know it was ready for pickup on Monday so very fast and efficient. Joe explained what had been done to correct any issues with the cleaner and once again patiently answered the additional questions I had on getting the most out of my cleaner. The vacuum cleaner had been thoroughly cleaned and looked almost as good as when I bought it years ago. The charge for this repair and preventative maintenance was very reasonable. When I tested the vacuum cleaner at home it worked flawlessly with no issues at all. The only downside was that I now no longer had any excuse to procrastinate on vacuuming my home :). So I am very happy with the work Joe did on my vacuum cleaner as well as being very impressed with his extensive knowledge of and expertise on all things vacuum cleaner related. Vacuum Works will definitely have my future business for my home vacuum cleaning needs.

This was the best experience in getting an overhaul of our Kirby! Hadn’t been in for service in over 20+ years. Vacuum Works, had it ready for us ‘next day’. Our first experience, and it was great! Vacuum Works has exceptional customer service! My vacuum's issue tested my patience; Joe and Courtney would say "let's take another look". They were willing also to "meet up" at a convenient halfway point so I could save a trip from Thurston County to Kent. So appreciated; thank you!

This place was great. The service was friendly and professional and they repaired my Kirby vacuum I’ve had for over 25 years at a great price. I will definitely come back for all my vacuum needs, I highly recommend them.

The shop has lots to offer and Joe is very knowledgeable and was great in helping me replace the normal "consumables" and missing accessories for my "mature" Kirby.

Joe at Vacuum Works was fabulous! He quickly diagnosed the electrical issue. He put on a brand new 40’ cord, replaced a missing filter as well as a missing screw. My vac was back to me in under an hour and good as new! Top notch customer service! So glad I found his shop!
