AJ’s Appliance Parts, Sales & Service is AMAZING! I bought my appliances from AJ’s Appliance and I could not be happier. Not only has everything worked great, but they absolutely stand behind their products and their warranties. Any time I’ve needed anything, their customer service has been beyond five stars truly the best experience I’ve ever had with an appliance company. If you want quality appliances, honest service, and a team that genuinely takes care of their customers, AJ’s Appliance is the place to go. Highly recommend!

Do not recommend this place at all. My mom had her washer stop working and called this local company to come and see if they could fix it. The gentleman that came out couldn't fix it and told my elderly mother she could buy one from them, so she did. $325 She used it maybe 7 times (high estimate), within 2 months and it stopped spinning. I didn't find out till several weeks later and I called them. I explained I know they have a 30 day warranty but she hadn't even used the machine much and ask if someone could come fix it. The lady said "yes, we really care about our customers and our community especially the elderly. She was going to call me or my mother back the next day. She didn't, I finally got hold of them after I had to buy a new washer for my mom. So when I talked to her I ask if they would buy back the washer since it tore up so soon, she ask how much we wanted and I told her $200 would be fair since it wasn't used many times and was talked up like it would be as good as a new one, saving her money getting one from them. No call back, nothing. The good reviews they have are mainly about buying parts from them, they may be great at having parts but they are not good about staning behind their products. So I would not recommed for service or purchasing a used appliance from them.

You can tell they care about their customers and take pride in their work. It’s so nice to have a local shop you can trust for honest service and quality parts. Highly recommend!

I had a fantastic experience with AJ’s Appliance Parts Sales and Service! I was in urgent need of a part for my GE washing machine and had called several other places, none of them could get it to me for a few days. AJ not only had the part in stock, but also offered the best price I found anywhere. He was extremely polite and helpful over the phone and even stayed open a few minutes late just so I could make it there. When I arrived, he already had the part pulled and ready to go, I was in and out in just a couple of minutes. The shop was clean and well-organized, and AJ was courteous and knowledgeable. This kind of service is hard to come by these days. Highly recommend AJ’s to anyone in need of appliance parts or service!

My dryer had an issue with squealing, and in my past experiences with this, was usually a belt. Even when I called initially to make the appointment to get it checked out, that was what the guess was. They asked for my model number so they could make sure to have a belt with them. Well, I wasn't home when the tech came, but my mom was. Told her it was the rollers that had an issue and replaced them, and didn't replace the belt. Charged us $250. $150 of that was just the fee to come out, which is insane to me. The next day, the issue started again. Loud squealing from the dryer. That was 2 months ago.... I have called back several times, left voicemails several times, with no call backs. The 2 different times I was able to get a hold of them after calling multiple times, was told they would get me in ASAP and they would call back when they're able to make it out. Still have heard nothing.... Very poor customer service, and very frustrating giving them $250 to resolve nothing, whatsoever. I understand that situations happen and running a small business isn't easy, but atleast follow through on your word and stay in contact with updates. Couldn't even do that. I'm not usually one to ever leave reviews at all on Google, good or bad, but this situation has had me very frustrated! Especially since they took $250 of my money and I can't even get them to respond to voicemails or keep their word about coming back to resolve the issue

Came out for a check on our dryer was the rudest gentleman we have ever dealt with! Wouldn’t recommend them to my worst enemy. Why offer service if it’s not worth ur time to help people! Why be hateful and rude to a customer who would have paid for any service and help. The older man and the younger guy that came out need another profession where they don’t have to deal with customers because they must have miserable personal lives that they let bleed over to customers. Wasn’t professional at all!
