Chaffee HVAC, Plumbing, & Electrical

Couldn't be happier with the new HVAC system installed by the Chaffee team. Called on a Thursday after seeing water dripping from the old unit. Technician Jason came Friday afternoon to troubleshoot and determined there were too many issues to spend money on fixing (heat pump was 12 years old). Immediately was connected to Keith who provided options for a new unit. He came on Monday to confirm the requirements, then presented my wife and I the best options for natural gas replacement at reasonable prices without trying to oversell or pressure us. Chaffee had replaced our daughter's AC unit so we didn't really need to shop around based on that experience. We signed a contract, including 10 yr labor + 10 yr parts + 10 yr maintenance, and they scheduled the work for Tuesday. The 3-man installation team arrived at 8am led by Jason (#2) - I don't remember the names of the other two but all three were very professional, courteous and finished the installation in 4 hours! What a wonderful experience for an expensive situation we weren't expecting this soon after moving in earlier this year. Thank you to everyone at Chaffee for a job well done!

We have had a lot of issues with our system that we got just a couple years ago. But they have done everything they can to help us and came out in a quick manor to try to get everything back going! We do have a warranty thankfully! Got home yesterday and it was froze up! Definitely not what you want to see when it’s so cold out and you have pets and a family lol but as soon as I called they jumped into action and I couldn’t be more thankful! Devin showed up in less than an hour and was very quick at diagnosing the problem and going over what we could do to stay warm until they were able to get back out with the part to fix it! We were so happy with Devin and his experience and patience with us that I sent him on his way with a packed dinner and dessert! I’m sure he had a long night ahead and we were so thankful for him and Chaffee! 10/10 recommend! They are all so nice and helpful even with all the trouble we’ve had with out system! Thank you again Chaffee and Devin for getting us back going! We are forever grateful!!

Chris was polite and honest about what was needed for my unit. UPDATE: I went with chaffee for a new unit. My key points from the whole process. Chris was great friendly and up front about what needed to be done. We asked for some quotes. Keith got back to me promptly gave me some options. I got some opinions from others had two other companies come out and got some more quotes.. Now chaffee wasn't the cheapest option. However I believe you get what you pay for. Secondly, I bounced the information given to me off the other companies and they all said the same thing. This helped because I didn't feel like I was lied to or that there was some additional costs I shouldn't have. I approved the quote and Keith had a team out here the next day. Austin and Ian, who came out to do the job, came on time and worked diligently. Friendly and courteous even wore boot covers when they had to enter my home. Purchasing a new unit is stressful and I truly appreciate the quick response and easy to work with crew that I received. Very happy with the new unit!

Highly recommend Chaffee for HVAC, electrical & plumbing work. We had Chaffee install a new bathtub and also install bathroom lighting and outdoor lighting. With the bathroom lighting, we needed to have an exhaust fan installed in both bathrooms and requested they be vented through the roof to the outside. They easily handled this request and did a fantastic job! Chaffee scheduled us pretty quickly to get all the work done and they notify you when the technician is on the way. Chaffee's prices are competitive and they are friendly, including wearing booties in your house. The team that finished the electrical and plumbing in our home were fantastic. We have used Chaffee for our HVAC for years and were pleased to learn they also perform electrical and plumbing. HIGHLY Recommend. Chad is an excellent Project Manager and very kind. Jeffery is caring and handles his plumbing duties with expertise. Jason handled our electrical project with care, while juggling other jobs he was handling.

I can't recommend highly enough. Our heat went out right as it was starting to get chilly. We originally were told by a different company the issue was the gas ignition control circuit board. I reached out to Chaffee for a better quote to replace the control circuit board. After Earl did his own assessment he was able to tell us that thankfully we had a much less expensive issue. Earl and Michael were incredibly friendly, professional, and prompt.

Earl services our unit bi yearly and is always a true professional. This call was for a very simple issue that we thought was going to be bad. In just a few minutes Earl solved the issue and we didn’t have to pay for the call because it was a simple issue. As always thanks to Earl and Chaffee. I’m in my mid sixties and this is the best company I have ever done business with. Thanks again. Highly recommended.

Chaffee installed a new heat pump at my residence. The experience was great from quote to install to follow up from the company. They had the brand (American Standard) and model (15 SEER2 package unit) that I was looking for to qualify for a TVA rebate and federal tax credit. Their techs were professional and stood by their work. The unit came with a maintenance plan that I plan on renewing in the future. Happy to give them more business.
