Its probably a good idea to let your drivers know jumping in front of a 18 wheeler at a red light just so he can be 1 car closer isn't safe. That gap we leave is to safely come to a stop. If I was a little heavier he probably wouldn't be going home to his family today. Also I will be sending a bill for partial payment for new brakes and tires since I had to lock them up to avoid killing him. License plate 661 FVR

Hi, I am adding my review not because I am disappointed in the service given by the young man for my A/C but in the company itself. The young man was polite, but highly under trained. While performing services needed for my A/C, he needed to be guided for every step via virtual training during the process. As this would not normally cause alarm, it did once the cost of the repair was presented. Although I was aware that this was an emergency call, after doing my research, their highly recommended competitors cost much less for the exact same repair and time. (30 min. Repair took over an hour) (It would have taken less time if this was not paid on the job training) I am disappointed in the company sending an under skilled service person to complete the job and charge $300 more then the highly skilled competitors who would have gotten the job done in half the time ( in which I paid for) without the need to be guided by someone virtually. In other words, I paid for his training. This is in no disrespect to the service person as he was only doing his job. This review is dedicated to the lack of consideration for the very external stakeholders that keeps this company afloat. I know it’s hot, fellow stakeholders. Before choosing, do your homework and don’t allow the heat to do the decision-making for you. I hope the risk management department of Adapt place this experience in their Lesson Learned Register. I’m sure I am not the only one to come across their lack of knowledge for stakeholders. This is merely a message for the company to do better. Thank you. I would definitely call them again, just to see If my message has caused any significant positive change. In respect for building better companies through process improvements. Eddie and his crew (Joey, Will & John) arrived on time as requested with all of the equipment they needed. We reviewed the job one more time before they started. They removed my old HVAC unit, ran new wiring, replaced the duct work, programmed the smart thermostats and had everything back in operation in a day. My house has not been this comfortable in the 25 years we've lived in it. I can't say enough good about them. They "ROCK"!!! Thanks to Adapt Concepts. We had the second AC replaced and the job went just as good as the first. They arrived on time, were very pleasant to work with and did an excellent job. This house has never been so comfortable and quiet. Thanks for a great job.

On time and wonderful customer service. He listened to all of my concerns and went above and beyond to make sure everything was fixed properly. So thankful!

We had another company come and check our ice machine and was told it was dead. When Adapt came out, our tech said yes, it’s about dead, but it didn’t have any Freon. He put in the Freon and now we at least have ice until the new unit arrives. Adapt saved us from having to buy 200 lbs of ice every day until we can get the money for a new machine. We really appreciated that and will let them install the new one!

Dustin was excellent in restoring comfort to my home. Was very prompt in arriving shortly after calling, and thoroughly explained the problem and what he did to fix it.
