Dave came out the same day to assess an issue with our washer . He was prompt, polite , knowledgeable and thorough. My husband appreciated that he gave a detailed explanation of the problem and showed pictures of what needed to be addressed. I chose The Appliance Guys because of their high ratings and couldn’t agree more. In fact,we were so very pleased that I had him look at a long term issue with our refrigerator, which he also fixed!

Andy was amazing. He was easy to get ahold of and was able to come over the next morning to diagnose the issue with my dryer. He was able to quickly do so, and then ordered the parts for the repair. Once the parts were delivered, he promptly came over (on a weekend even) and fully repaired the dryer. He even vacuumed the dryer out when he opened it up since there was a big build up of lint. Everything is now running great and I appreciated the exceptional service!

Thank you so much, Appliance Repair Guys! A part fell off of my dishwasher weeks ago and I tried several times to figure out how to put it back on, but could not. Our technician was kind and cheerful, and he was able to fix the problem in a few minutes without needing extra parts. Their policy of applying their evaluation fee to the repair costs made this company stand out as fair and worth trusting. I'm really grateful to have such a great local appliance service team in Lake Stevens!

What a relief! In a world with a bunch of nonsense, it’s so nice to have hired someone who’s quick, efficient, and priced fairly. Andy was awesome. Came super quick, diagnosed the issue with our fridge quickly, came back the next day after ordering a part that was needed, and the whole thing between the two visits took maybe a couple hours. Highly recommend!

Andy was friendly, very courteous and competent. He had to order a part but followed up promptly once it was received. I like that someone was there when I initially called, no voice mail. Yes, I would recommend.

I have a leaking Whirlpool Cabrio washing machine, about 5 years old. Owen was a very professional technician. He took the time to listen to my problem and then he set about diagnosing. When he was done, he walked me through the issue and answered all my questions in a way that helped me understand. Since my issue wasn't critical he recommended a 'wait and see' approach instead of costly repair or machine replacement. I really appreciated this input as it didn't put immediate pressure on me to buy something. I only had to pay for the diagnostic visit, a $99 service. I would use them again in the future.

Andy was extremely prompt and communicated thoroughly what the issues were with my broken dryer. It was completely repaired within an hour and was reasonably priced. 100% recommend
